A great episode! The part where I thought was the best is that the confesssed murderer used to have a son, Christopher, as an infant that died. How did they adopt a baby with the same name from Africa? And how did the baby become a star attraction to the press conference? I believe the suspect was trying to do the right thing by seeing the baby but how come that wasn't his son? In this episode, the mentioned that the boy adopted is actually a replacement child from the infant that the parents originally had. Why would they adopt a replacement child when their original infant died suddenly and got buried?

Wow. i for one agree. It was an interesting and shocking turn of events that made this one fine episode. What an unfit mother though, responsible for the death of one baby, paying to have the body disposed of like a piece of garbage, then willing to just switch it with another. Sickening really. Did she really believe the bs she uttered to the DAs?

I thought Milena Govich did a good job as the assistant detective, i am so glad she is on this show as she brings necessary talent and spice to the series, it was so lame last year this season it has some pizzaz to it!

I also liked the episode and agree that the twist was more compelling than most we have encountered this season. However, I do not agree that Govich was any more convincing than she has been in the rest of the episodes, and it is still imperative that her contract be terminated at the end of the season if Law and Order is to persevere.

[I would love to see the season end with an episode in which Cassidy (Govich) is forced out of the department due to scandal, injury, or death. Imagine this: In the last scence, Green (Martin) is sitting behind his desk, wrapping up the case and doing some paperwork, when Logan (Noth) appears to introduce himself as Green's new partner...Now that would end the season with a bang and get people excited for next year!]

I thought last weeks and this weeks eps were very good. The best of the season so far. I'm still getting used to Milena Govich character, but she is starting to grow on me. I am really liking McCoy's new ADA. She reminds me alot of Angie Harmon's character when she was on.

Yep, Alana De La Garza is starting to fit in real nice. I thought last on nights show the casts performance was the best I have seen in months. De La Garza and Govich give the show some badly needed youth and the cohesion among cast members seems to improve each episode.

I look forward to seeing the same cast members next season.

They were trying to cover up the murder of the original child that they adopted. Thankfully the father asked to see his son otherwise their crime and murder would have went unnoticed and that poor little boy's body would have gone unnoticed. This was a great episode one of the best this year, the Cassidy charcter is still not my favorite and the new ADA is so much better in this then the whimp she played in CSI Miami, plus I love her hair cut, glad she changed her hair in this role makes her more believable as a more independent woman instead of the needy one she played on CSI. This episode brought to light how alot of kids are raised with parent that just don't have a clue about anything other then themselves and are raised by nannies. OK I will get off my soap box now.
