I don't think it's Valerie. Most of us are convinced it's a guiy he's having the affair with. They have tried way too hard to not let us see even a finger of the mystery lover.
As for the rapists, I'm pretty sure that is Spike, but there are several people in black leather and a ski mask running around The Crane estate.
