I remember, quite a while ago, there being a musical performance on the show. This irish duet. I think they were irish. Does anyone know who they were???? Its been haunting me for ages and I have to know!!! Please, any help would be great.

Can you remember what they sang or roughly when itt was because I cant honestly remember an Irish duet and that would have spiked my interest. Can you even remember what they looked like?

Were they men or women? Was it just two people or did they have a band? What kind of song was it?

One man and one woman, it was, they sang this ... I suppose it would be called Folk music, it was very soft and the woman (well, more a girl really) was on a piano. It was haunting and yeah, does that help/

A few months ago I was watching Conan and there was a musical guest I really enjoyed. I don't remember the guests on the show or really when the show was.
It was a female singer maybe high school or college aged looking and a similar aged guy playing the piano. It was a slow, sad sounding song. I really don't remember any of the lyrics. But the guy playing the piano would repeat one chorus line after she sang it.
I think they had a really odd name maybe? Sorry I am so vague, I really can't remember much. Please help! I really want to find the song; it's driving me insane.

I think your thinking of Damien Rice, the girl with him is named Lisa Hannigan. They sang the song "9 Crimes" off his album "9". He's an Irish singer songwriter and he is brilliant. A lot of his songs are very slow mournful songs but they are really fantastic.
