Yes, Ivy has been ultra annoying with her Mother of the Year act. I guess she's bored because she lost Sam and can't ruin any other lives right now.

I am past annoyed. She wasnt a mother when they were kids so now she wants to be a mom to them. Ivy really needs to find herself something else to do in her spare time.

You know that when Ivy finds out about Little Ethan, she is going to make Teresa's life miserable. Forget the fact that Teresa didn't know that Ethan was the real father of her son, and Ivy knowingly kept her son and his real father apart, that won't even enter her mind. All Ivy will think about is that this is something else that she can blame Teresa for, and another reason she can say Teresa ruined Ethan's life.

That's true. She will rip into Theresa. But now she will realize that she is the grandmother of Theresa's child. Not that it means anything to her. Has she ever even seen Jane?
Ivy needs a job or something. Just what is she living on, anyway?

Isn't Ivy living on her divorce settlement from Julian and didn't she come from a rich family? I would think she had trustfund. That's why she was able to stay in style while playing house with Sam.

She didn't have much of a trust. I think she was married up to Julian in the first place because her family was losing it all and wanted to secure some finantial security. And she was very upset when Julian threw her out. She had nowhere to go until Sam took her in...

You're right, I forgot about her father being in financial trouble, but I still would have thought that she would have gotten something from Julian in the divorce settlement. Because god knows that she would not have settled for nothing after being married to him for so long. (no pun intended

.)
I always thought that Ivy played the "I have nowhere to go card" as a part of her plan to try and get Sam back. That would be something Ivy would totally do.

Ivy dose not care about anyone but her self and Ethan. Right now she has nothing else to do so she is just trying to be mom.

So true. I'll bet she would even throw Ethan under a bus to save herself.

The only way she would throw Ethan under a bus is if all hope were lost of getting Sam back. Ivy will always baby Ethan as long as she has some hope of being with Sam.

And now that seems impossible. I wonder if the situation will come up where she might have to choose herself or Ethan?
LWolf

Oh, it will. Probably when Teresa reveals Little Ethan's paternity. Then Ivy will have to choose, and since Ivy hates Teresa she'll choose herself instead of supporting her son.
Actually, it could happen sooner. I can see it happening when Ethan persues Teresa at the same time Jared is. You know Ivy will try to talk Ethan out of it and into going back to his wife.

Ethan doesn't seem to be in much of a listening mood when it comes to Ivy lately. He's still mad at her.

Yeah, I think he still has a little anger towards her, but I also think it's disgust with the way she broke up Sam's marriage. Ethan has always said he takes marriage vows seriously and for Ivy to mess with someone's marriage vows is more than he could handle.

I wonder where he picked up his strong views on marriage. Certianly not from anyone in his family. Oh maybe Pilar had more influence on him than any of us knew?

Sheridan has always said Pilar was like a mother to her, and Ethan has always agreed with her. Since they are near the same age, I would think that Pilar was the only positive parental influence either of them had.
Even Pilar says that she thinks of Sheridan and Luis like her own children.
