I'm just curious what people would do if they had free reign over the plot in season 4. I assume most people would make JAM get together, but what else would they like to see happen? Here's my season 4:
Ryan breaks up with Kelly not knowing she's won the lottery that day (I stole this from a commerical that aired years ago). She'll take him back though after she's blown her winnings on shoes. I don't want her to quit her job!
Andy returns from anger management with a new outlook on life. His calm unruffled demeanor actually irritates Dwight (and Jim) more than ever. They gang up to prank him, but are frustrated when Andy fails to get mad. They do not give up, and come up with more outrageous pranks, which do not faze Andy. Jim eventually gives up and goes back to pranking Dwight.
Angela becomes a Mormon, Jehovah's Witness, or some religion that encourages actively converting other people. She starts inviting people to her church a lot. Pam takes her up on it.
Hopefully you guys can come up with bigger and better ideas!

j/kI personally don't want to see JAM together, I think the show will lose some of it's ________ (insert clever word) when JAM happens. I also hope that Andy makes it back before S4, at least for the season finale. I WOULD like to see more development with the minor characters of the show. I think someone has names for them like "third tier" and "fourth quadrant" characters, but I don't remember exactly. I'd also like to see the characters outside the office more with things like "The Fire" episode (yeah, if only as far as the parking lot) that let you get to know them all better. Just things like that.
