You know, if we really want to make the Pinned Episode thread put in the 1000 club, might I suggest someone following scrantonbranch's model and make up some Questions to Ponder. It would give everyone a reason to post and perhaps bring about some thoughtful discussions. It might help keep the post number up without forgoing quality.

However, I second the notion that we not do it this episode. I'm still a little posted out from the last night (I can't even believe I'm posted out). Also, we might want to wait for a happier episode. A thread with a lot of negativity turns me off and I'm afraid that it does the same for others.

I just want to say again how much fun I had yesterday. As much of a challenge it was to reach a goal, it was just as much fun just trying to reach the goal. I think it had more to do with having us all here together. And it's just neat how we can all band together and do something pretty cool. I feel even more apart of a community. (Oh my god, am I tearing up? ) Seriously though, I really do look forward to doing this again sometime. Maybe after the finale?

I'm putting the suggestion we use the season finale as another post day. Not giving any spoilers but I think it would be the perfect time to plan our attack once again. Run by scotty as well.

Go ahead and suspend me, but i said nothing that hasnt been said by plenty of people who show up here every thursday. I just find the hypocricy apalling. Cant say i was spamming, only posted 5 times, and all of them were different.

I think we should plan for the day after the next repeat episode, since we will not have much in depth to post, it can be a "getting to know you" day.

I have finally finished ready all 26 pages. Wow. If reading it was anywhere near as tiring as posting all day, you guys really busted your butts. I'm proud of everyone. Like BlueJeanBaby said, I really feel like an important part of a community when thinks like this happen. I'll be making secret battle plans over the next few weeks, so my advice to you is to get some rest and prepare to be re-deployed soon.

But I think what Scotty and Liz were talking about was avoiding lurkers from other boards seeing our master plan and thereby sabotaging it. Once the war starts up again, it will be a free for all. And we will all BRING IT!

Glad you understood what scotty and I were talking about. It wasn't meant to hide anything. Nothing has been said as of yet. Anyone has any suggestions feel free to add yours in. Thats what makes "the war" so much fun it's meant for everyone on the office boards.

That's the thing. Yesterday's top poster has a thread of his own where he is posting the same thing over and over, periodically breaking the string with some posting statistics or something like that. It's a very small, tight community, the people seem nice enough, but I'm still not sure what their ultimate goal is with all this posting.

The people over there are pretty nice. I've talked to a few of them and Bubblewrap has even convinced some of them to watch The Office. I guess she's an unofficial peace delegate for the "K" board. Others have helped too. You know who you are.

All you have to do is set a goal for youself. That will keep you on track. I think you'll break into the 500 club before March 13, but maybe you could set a goal at 600? Even if you don't reach your goal, the important thing is that you were posting.

Is someone, or someones keeping an eye on the top post counts these days? (I assume the answer is yes) Some of the people who were racking up the top numbers lately are no longer. Do we know exactly what our goal is here? If it's just to fill up the top 20 with Office posters, that's great, just want to know in advance.
