In the college flashbacks from tonight's episode, we saw a couple of yellow "Go Tribe" posters (in the hallway and in JD & Turk's room). These were posters from my alma mater, William & Mary. Bill Lawrence went there too, so I guess this was some sort of subtle acknowledgment of his college. I thought that was pretty cool!

We noticed it too. Hubby & I both are W&M alums. We thought it might also be an oblique reference to the fact that the ncaa is making W&M change it's logo - to take the feathers off - to be "less offensive" to Native Americans. Lots of alums aren't pleased...it's cool that Bill can give a shout out to the old logo in such a public way! rolleyes.gif

Did anyone else notice that when everyone went into Private Dancer's room, the door opened out. While the Janitor was standing there, the door was inward opening. Once everyone came back out, the door once again opened out, hitting the fishbowl.

It was pretty lame. Don't get me wrong, I love Scrubs. I think it rivals Seinfeld. The "road trip" episode had me busting out laughing. But the episode on 03/08/2007 was lame. Hardly a chuckle in it.

Highlights: The Iraq War vet with the head injury was released from the hospital and may have tried to commit suicide. Not funny, nor enlightening.'

The theme of the show was people lying to their own friends (and possibly to themselves).

Turk admits that he had sex with JD's girlfriend in college. Then stood around most of the episode resisting the urge to pass gas.

Blonde doctor (name escapes me) admits she tried to commit suicide in high school by walking into a lake.

Janitor stood outside the door of the Iraq vet's room with a fishbowl that JD gave him to hold for almost the entire episode.

All in all, an unentertaining episode. You didn't miss much. So don't worry.

All such doors would have to open in, I'd imagine, due to safety concerns.

That's an interesting observation. If the writers and the director let a continuity error like that slip through, someone should be fired.

I dont think the person should get fired is was just a mistake...but i wonder why they would move the door or get a new one?

I agree.

Did anyone else notice that Zach and (ESPECIALLY!) Sarah were really nasally in the last episode, like they had bad colds?

Sarah/Elliot sounded like she couldn't breathe out of her nose for the whole episode, which lowered her voice quite a bit. Zach/JD seemed to have the same problem, only not as dramatic.

Even Johnny C. sounded a little stuffy. Maybe there's a bad bug going through Sacred Heart.

Favorite line (from an otherwise bland episode): "There were NO water balloons! NO BALLOONS!"

I hadn't noticed - I'll have to go back to the TIVO to check that out!

Awesome!
