Am half way through my first viewing of Season 3 (UK viewer!) and have to say I like Karen more than I thought I would. Just watched Benihana Christmas, and it was good to see her and Pam having fun and teaming up against Angela. I think it was nice just seeing Pam having a friend who is a girl for once though.
Obviously, this can't last,...but I can like her for a couple of episodes while things aren't so tense between Jim and Pam.
