And everyone who said the elevator scene was pitch perfect as it was..I concur. It spoke volumes! No dialogue necessary(Think Jim and Pam in the elevator in The Secret.) I love the smile Jim gave Pam, but why is Karen smiling? Resignation? I don't know.


Yes! Yes! Yes! Hot, smoldering Jim is almost back! Once he loses the girl he will have the sparkle in his eye again and he will be perfect and spectacular again!

Man, Sexy Jim was the first thing I noticed, and I had to watch the episode over agian because he distracted me! His hair ( sometimes it looked real, and at other times it looked like a wig, but a much better wig) This radical change in all His features and they way he dressed, really shows me that this was all planned to show Jim's internal struggle.. IMO just look at him in that elevator, he almost looks just like his good old sexy self! Just one more thing to make him complete his "Pam" smile, and his sparkle! ( remember the newpeat scenes, how suddenly he looked really good! Yeah that also tells me that Jim looks are just the good detail in our awesome show!!!) Can't wait until the finale to see if those sleeves are rolled up on his shirt!

That kitchen scene where Jim sees Pam's flyer, just speaks volumes, you can almost hear the rumble of his wall starting to break! It was just a very real and emotional moment, and If we were moved by that, well I just don't know what we are going to do if tears are shead from Jim or Pam.

Don't be discouraged by little spoilers or promos...remember how the commercials for Phyllis's Wedding made us all think they were going to actually "give the people what they want"? and then the opposite happened. So any promo that you see that is pessimistic about JAM is actually a good sign!!

Awesome episode. I just got back from work and the first thing I did was watch the episode - twice. Then I fired up the computer to see what was cooking on the JAM threads. As always it has been great fun to read all of your posts. Queen you did an awesome job with the list for Karen, they were great.

I was wondering about Michael's wishes. In the shot of Michael throwing the coins in the fountain only Pam and Phyllis are with him. He must have told them what he was doing. The fact that his wish for Phyllis was a Plasma TV suggests he solicited their inputs for what he should be wishing for. You all see where I am going with this. Pam asks for courage. (Go FNB she knows what she wants and she is mustering her strength to go after it.) I also think Pam suggested the wishes for Angela and Kelly. It strikes me as her sense of humor, it masks the significance of her wish from Phyllis, and it goes totally over Michael's head. I realize I am wait out on a limb here. I doubt we will ever get proof one way or another, but the thought makes me happy.

Unshun, I totally didn't even consider that! I'm usually the one thinking that the speculation here goes too far, but I think you're on to something here! You're right, a Plasma TV for Phyllis is extremely specific. I could totally see Michael asking them what they would wish for, and just the idea that Pam might wish for courage gives me chills! I love it! Great catch! We may never know for sure, but either way it goes, whether it was Michael's insight or Pam's wish, it was such a great voice-over. One of my favs.

Pam's talking head about Jim's "privates" was a shocking and hilarious moment from WA because I had NO idea it was coming. Knowing about it would have ruined the moment. Nothing feels as good as experiencing a fresh, unspoiled episode of The Office.

I didn't think mentioning the promo on the website would be a spoiler, since it's the first thing that loads when you get to the main site. It's also mostly about My Name is Earl, and is the same thing they're showing on TV, so... I figured it was mainstream. But I can see how some people would be trying to avoid even that, so I apologize if I stressed anyone out. Besides, I think the promos really are misleading- they'll put in little clips so you think one thing is going to happen, and then it will be the total opposite. Still, I am interested to see what everyone else thought about the promo (in spoiler bars, of course!)
