QUOTE (Marissa87 @ May 10 2007, 01:24 AM)

What are your plans for tomorrow fellow JAM flans?
Happy Office Day!!!!!
Here's my plan for the day:
6 am-7 am-
wake up, feed the cat, get on the computer before anyone else wakes up,
help to get the little Beeswaxes ready
7 am-4pm-
Go to work and spend the day with a bunch of Grade Ones (which can be
very much like spending time with Michael and Dwight)
4pm-5pm-
Go to the gym and try and work out my anxiousness and nervousness about
JAM
5pm-6pm-
pick up little Beeswaxes from daycare, eat dinner
6pm-7pm-
try to multitask by giving the little Beeswaxes a bath along with checking this
thread
7pm-8pm-
try to convince little Beeswaxes that even though it's still light out, it's bed
time (because it's Office night)
8pm-8:42pm-
try to calm the butterflies in my stomach by reading fanfic and watching
fanvids
8:42pm-9:30pm-
Soak up all of the amazingness that Beach Games will be and really try
to live in the moment of the 2nd to last Office ep of S3
9:30pm-11:42pm-
Come here and freak out/gush about the greatness of the ep
11:42pm-12:30am-
Watch west coast feed of Beach Games and relive the magic

As per every Thursday morning, I like to start my day with a hearty bowl of JAM wedding dreaming.
So....Tonight's the night!!!!!
I just know tonight's the night where Pam will confess all of her feelings to Jim. He will sweep her into his arms and propose to her right there. Jim will have already broken up with Karen earlier on in the day because she doesn't like cheeseburgers and he can't live his life with someone that crazy.
Anyhoo, Jim will propose, Pam will accept and they will decide they can't wait another minute to be married and so they decide to get married on the beach. Pam will switch clothes with Kelly because she will be most likely be wearing a white dress (she looks really good in white) and Jim will just wear whatever he's wearing because, hey, that guy just can't look bad.
Once again, I predict that Creed has some kind of religious certification and he will marry our sweet James and Pamela. Michael will give Pam away, Dwight and Angela are best man and maid of honour, respectively. Everyone else will join Kevin in his Bon Jovi tribute band and they will rock the night away as the happy couple enjoy their first few hours as a married couple.
Ahhh, I can hardly wait!

^^^Beeswax, I love your schedule for today and also your JAM wedding scenario for tonight. Ahhhh if only.....
This is fun. Here's my JAM day schedule:
6:30 AM Woke up and went for a 4 mile run, listened to JAM playlist on run. (I know too slow and sappy, yet it is envigorating for some reason! Also, the Cheeseburger song is great for running

)
8:15 AM Got kids off too school.
9:00 AM Sat down at computer to work and of course went to MB first....I'm still here.
Blah, blah, blah, blah (you don't really care about the rest of my boring day, do you?)
7:35 PM I'll be sitting on couch with glass of wine, phones turned off, kids in basement playing, husband out with friends.......JAM TIME!!!! I hope!
8:20 - 8:25 PM Hopefully sitting on couch with mouth hanging open, happy tears in eyes.
8:30 PM Get kids in bath and to bed.
9:00 PM Hit the MB with all of you.
10:00 PM Re-watch BG w/hubby when he gets home. Me laughing and swooning and drooling with excitement; him looking at me like I'm crazy and saying "Michael is such a freak", Jim and Pam completely under his radar.
10:30 PM Back on MB
12:00 AM Maybe try to get some sleep, but will hopefully be too excited!!!
Only 10 more hours!!!!

I am at work; I have 3 more cases to do meaning 3 more people to put under anesthesia for their various surgeries and I am thinking about what Pam's gonna say!!! Think of it everyone, think of how much total denial she has been in for so so long, and now tonight, she may finally, admit or at least broadly hint, at something to Jim! I really want it to be something that only he will "get", but that it be a loud and clear message.
What else today? Clean cat box, cook supper, workout, shower, PJ's, start on bottle of wine....put on the end of "Earl", start bouncing up and down with excitement....
Can't wait to jump on the boards afterwards!

6:30 - friends coming over for dinner and Office!
7:30 - head to the bathroom so I dont have to go during the show
7:40 - get comfy in my chair, with my glass of wine, tell my husband and his friend to shut up or leave, while my friend and I gush and swoon and barely contain our excitement.
8:20 - take a deep breath, sigh, and GUSH over the awesomeness that will most definitely be tonight's episode
9pm- escort my friends out, pick up my kids, put them to bed and then at
10pm-rewatch Beach Games over and over while on the MB!
This is my favorite day!

What are the rules for delirium? I am expecting Pam to tell Jim tonight in terms plain and clear. I am not sure what words she will use, but they will hit home. That will be enough to make me unbelievably happy.
I want to separate this from Jim's reaction. I say this because poor Jim's head is going to explode. As odd as it sounds I think his first reaction will be anger. "What do you want me to do with that information now? Where were you a year ago? How do you expect me to react to that?" (Which in not entirely unlike Pam's reaction last year.) Next he is going to shut down, and will probably even try to take cover behind Karen (Pam and Roy anyone.)
The good news. This is not the season finale. Jim will need to process this information, and by the end of next weeks episode he will let us know that he has to acknowledge the truth in front of him; that he is completely in love with Pam.
I think Karen is going to be key in knocking some sense into Jim's head. She knows Jim's feelings for Pam, but that has been acceptable because Jim has convinced her that Jim believes Pam has no interest in him. With that facade ripped away, and the revelations from Women's Appreciation, Karen isn't going to put up with this situation, and she is going to get the heck out of Scranton. Jim can choose to follow her, or he can stay in Scranton.
So by the end of the season we get an honest Pam. This will trigger Karen to honestly assess the situation and Karen will force Jim to choose. Jim has been listless this entire season. He is going to get hit from two directions in rapid succession. It is going to be a rocky two episodes for poor Jim, so please be gentle with him. I am sure he will do many things we don't like, but I am certain by the end of the season the road to JAM will be wide open.

Ahahaha, that sounds like me and my hubby, exactly! I always watch it before he comes home, but he doesn't know that--shhh. Then he always asks me how I can turn a comedy into a soap opera... like
I have any control over Jim and Pam! I wish!
So here's my day:
8:00am - Woke up with the tot.
9:00am-10:00am - Came here to catch up on the MB.
11:00am-12:00pm - Took tot to the park as promised.
12:00pm - Came to the realization that I AM in love with Jim

I guess I was in denial?
12:30pm - Went to the grocery store.
1:00pm-5:00pm - No idea what to do, I'm going crazy here! Obviously revisit the MB...
5:00pm-8:00pm - Go to my father-in-law's house as is customary for Thursdays.
8:00pm - Act like the morning (all day) sickness is awful and I'm really tired and need to go home... because I don't trust my DVR for tonight's epi! It hasn't failed me yet, but my cable DID go out a few times yesterday.
8:20pm - Get home and get comfy on the couch and think JAM thoughts.
8:40pm - Squee! Watch the episode WITH hubby and point out all the happy JAMminess while he rolls his eyes and laughs at Michael and Dwight.
10:00pm - Rewatch and come to MB to read everyone else's thoughts.

Me too. Whatever Jim's reaction, I am really looking forward to Pam finally fully becoming her fancy new self and telling Jim her true feelings (I don't know if this will happen I'm just really hoping it does). It's going to be such a beautiful (potentially heartwrenching) moment.

Both Earl and The Office are supersized again this week, so it looks like it is starting 10 minutes later than it would normally in your time zone. Here in the East Coast, it starts at 8:40. W. Coast is the same, I think.

Has anyone else's stomach been in knots all day? I feel all nervous inside like I am the one who is going to have to confess my love to Jim tonight.
I'm pretty sure we are not gonna get a proper dose of JAM till next week, but even so I am just soooo proud of Pam right now. She has come such a long way this season... YOU GO GIRL!!!! Three cheers for Pam! I have realized this season that I am more of a Pammer than a Jammer. I just want her to be happy (and I think Jim will do the trick).
Even if she doesn't get the answer she wants right away at least she will have the relief of getting things off her chest. I was in a similar situation a few years ago. I ultimately got rejected, but I just remember feeling a great sense of relief despite all the heart-ache. Its hard to keep all those feelings inside for that long. Of course Jim is different than that guy and he will come around. I have absolutely no doubt about that right now.
2 hours and 45 minutes... I bought a mini-bottle of champagne to celebrate... just like Jim.

I'm a little confused about what time tonight's episode actually starts. The main page says 8:42, but the promo said Earl was 1 hour tonight. Does anyone know for sure?
I plan on watching Earl anyway, but I'm still at work and have tons of stuff to do before The Office starts, and might have to use some of 'Earl's' time. Once it starts all bets are off for the rest of the night for me. I won't be able to get anything done.
BTW, good luck with the bets. I hope both PH and QOE win. That would be extra awesome (and I really don't want to see the Karen sigs... even for 3 days).

Two and a half hours to go and it's killing me. It's raining here and I'm concerned about two possible scenarios tonight. 1) My satellite goes out, I have no tv antenna and have to wait until tomorrow to download episode from itunes (don't think I could handle that); or 2) My satellite stays on, but is interrupted every two minutes (only during the Office, not during commercials because we have an EXTREMELY overzealous weatherman who seems to secretly like it when we have bad weather b/c it means he gets more air time) and if I only get snippets here and there and ultimately have to wait to see the entire episode tomorrow, I will officially be calling in a bomb threat to my local NBC station.
So, do you think you guys can go ahead and start the bail fund, or you can wait until the offical "Obsessed Office fan arrested for bomb threat on local station for pre-emption of recent episode" announcement on CNN. If you guys don't see any posts from me in the next few days, I'll be at the Lee County Jail, Tupelo, Mississippi, so you'll know where to send the money. *crosses finger and prays to Thor himself that the weather will blow over in the next two hours*

QUOTE (Second Drink @ May 10 2007, 06:09 PM)

I am using the same kind of mind control that Jim uses to send the sunny weather we're having here in Ontario (Canada) over to Mississippi.
1 hour and 37 minutes to go!!!!!!
I just know this is going to be a red-letter episode!!!!!!

One last thing before I start the day.
This is required viewing for all JK flans:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Po8Nc0axMDUThanks for alerting us about this, EH!
Beeswax,
I just rewatched this video...I just loved the music and the pics of Jim/John and remembering all the episodes! But as I was watching, my stomach knotted up in fear, anticipation and a tad bit of dread about tonights episode.
I am soooooooooooooooooooo nervous!!! I don't want Pam or Jim to get hurt...Karen can throw herself in front of a train... no, not really. But I just am sick. What is wrong with me? Why does it matter?
By the way, my little rocks (sedimentarys) are going to bed early tonight too...hubby is out of town so I am on my own. I have kettle corn and diet coke as a treat (no champage for me...the kids will make me miserable tomorrow) and am truly going to enjoy this episode. Maybe more than once!!! Pam Beesley, give the people what they want!!!!!

I woke up this morning, & my first thought was "It's Thursday!" Woohoo. I'm Mountain time, so I've still got 2hrs 30 min. But I'm considering waiting to watch until all the kiddos are asleep so I can
concentrate. hehehe
Ultimately, before this series ends (Heaven Forbid), James has to buy a house for Pam that has a terrace where she can plant her flowers.
But for tonight: GO PAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marked arm,
It took me a second to understand your name, but I get it and laughed hysterically. And that episode was such a heartbreaking one with Jim refusing Pam's present and then talking with Michael on the couch (first about the marked arm

and then about the rebound...
Also, I must say I have stared at your signature picture for the last five minutes. And I keep waiting for him to wake up and smile at me. *going back to stare and wait*

I...too...also feel...as...you do.
I think we just need to go into tonight's episode thinking that Pam is going to get the JAM ball rolling. We also should prepare ourselves for some heartache. Jim is our wildcard tonight. If Pam does lay it all on the line, then we should let our hearts soar for her because she will have come so far!
We also have an hour long ep next week in which Jenna said would cover a lot of awesome ground. I have no idea what that ground is and whether it really will be awesome, but I'm going to chase that feeling.

I have a feeling this episode is gonna be ranked up there with Booze Cruise and Casino Night when it comes to pivotal Jamtasticness. Its been a while since we had one of these (not since The Return?) and I'm not sure my weakened JAM-heart can take it. I might go into cardiac arrest.
Tonight is a good night for Jam... I can feel it. All the signs are there. Today I got stuck in a traffic JAM. Then I happened to have a peanut butter and JAM sandwich for dinner. Now I am camped out in the living room in my paJAMas waiting to watch some JAM on t.v. Coincidence? I think not.

Here's more proof:
I was sitting next to someone who just had to JAM to some music I did not understand.
My friend called and said she was going to JAMaica.
My stapler got JAMmed.
I wanted some JAMbalaya for dinner.
My baby has some toe JAM.
I don't think it's coincidence!

I know this is random, but I am looking for a really angsty JAM video montage. Can anyone here point me in the direction of one?
Someone on another chat is looking for one. Don't ask me why.

Hi everyone,
I'm back, wine glass in hand, ready for this awesome episode...I'm so excited!
Although I don't expect much from Jim tonight, I am really psyched for our Pam tonight. To follow with our longstanding basketball analogy:
The ball's been in Pam's court since CN. She has spent all this past year learning the game, learning the moves and the plays. She's made plenty of mistakes, but she's learned a lot. She's lost the ball out of bounds, she's turned the ball over, she had several good chances to take a shot, but didn't. She even took herself out of the game and sat on the bench for a brief period! But now she's ready to make a play. Last week she was dribbling calmly at center court, sizing up the defense, analyzing their weaknesses. She feels strong, ready. Tonight she will start slowly, then charge down that center lane and take her best shot! And we will all get to watch her!
Pam, I am so proud of you!!

Wow, I like that analogy!!! I hope Jim hasn't lost the love of the game and Pam scores a three point jump shot!!!!!

Its probably been posted in here before, but I thought I would put it up in honor of the beach trip we are about to embark on.
I am way too freaked out right now. Is it normal to have this much anxiety about a TV show?
Viva La Jam!!
JAMMIN'Bob Marley & Wailers
Ooh, yeah! All right!
We're jammin':
I wanna jam it wid you.
We're jammin', jammin',
And I hope you like jammin', too. Ain't no rules, ain't no vow, we can do it anyhow:
I'n'I will see you through,
'Cos everyday we pay the price with a little sacrifice,
Jammin' till the jam is through.
We're jammin' -
To think that jammin' was a thing of the past;
We're jammin',
And I hope this jam is gonna last.
No bullet can stop us now, we neither beg nor we won't bow;
Neither can be bought nor sold.
We all defend the right; Jah - Jah children must unite:
Your life is worth much more than gold.
We're jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin')
And we're jammin' in the name of the Lord THOR;
We're jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin'),
We're jammin' right straight from Yah.
Yeh! Holy Mount Zion;
Holy Mount Zion:
Jah sitteth in Mount Zion
And rules all creation.
Yeah, we're - we're jammin' (wotcha-wa),
Wotcha-wa-wa-wa, we're jammin' (wotcha-wa),
See, I wanna jam it wid you
We're jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin')
I'm jammed: I hope you're jammin', too.
Jam's about my pride and truth I cannot hide
To keep you satisfied.
True love that now exist is the love I can't resist,
So jam by my side.
We're Jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin'), yeah-eah-eah!
I wanna jam it wid you.
We're jammin', we're jammin', we're jammin', we're jammin',
We're jammin', we're jammin', we're jammin', we're jammin';
Hope you like jammin', too.
We're jammin', we're jammin' (jammin'),
We're jammin', we're jammin' (jammin').
I wanna (I wanna jam it wid you) - I wanna -
I wanna jam wid you now.
Jammin', jammin' (hope you like jammin' too).
Eh-eh! I hope you like jammin', I hope you like jammin',
'Cause (I wanna jam it wid you). I wanna ... wid you.
I like - I hope you - I hope you like jammin', too.
I wanna jam it; I wanna jam it.

I would not worry about it too much. Jenna said that the writers have already decided the direction the show will go next season.
