With all this talk about how "fokin' hot" JK is, I have been doing some thinking (and fantasizing) and have come to the conclusion that I think JK is hottest when he is in "Jim" character--and S1, S2 and early S3 & BG/TJ Jim. I've been re-watching some of the S1 and S2 epis and I have to say that JK as Jim is what really does it for me. (Aaaaah E-mail Surveilliance! ) Try as I might, I just can't feel the love (as much) for Cardigan John or License to Wed John. If you compare John and S1/S2 Jim, they are very different people (a credit to JK's acting skills!) I will try to find some of my favorite Jim pix and post them for comparison.

Also, Jim's personality! It just gives me shizzles and tingles all over. It's not so much his looks, although they are amazing..I prefer doughy, rumpled, boyish Jim to thin, pretty, cardigan-wearing John.

I guess this is a good thing because Jim is not real, so my hubby doesn't have to worry about me running off with him, right? Besides, what I really want is for Jim and Pam to be together. I can't wait until we can see them as a real couple! Now THAT will be "fokin' hot"!

I do think that part of John's appeal is his character of Jim. Jim is just so dreamy and just seeing John play Jim makes him that much more attractive.

Just think of how fokin hot Jim is going to be in S4 when he is free to do all of the sweet things he wants for his Pam. That teapot is going to be the tip of the iceberg.

You are correct, OO. I too love Jim...and JK is incredible in making that character so likeable...no, wait...loveable. I think JK's personality is so intertwined in the Jim character...I like to believe he is actually very much like Jim. In fact, in the blooper reels, I just love to see when he laughs, you see some Jim in the personality.

I know this is the JAM Therapy thread and that there is a JK thread, but you all are so much fun over here, I know I can consistently find you here...so it's fun to lump them together and stay here where it's safe to be a little over the top in love with all things JAM, John and Jenna. Of course JK is BEST as Jim...and Jim is what made me like JK so much also.

I like to think of this thread as anything goes. We are all Jammers at heart and I want this to be a place where Jammers can discuss anything. I feel like we can all act like teenagers in here and that is fun since it's been a long time since some of us were teens!

I know what you mean! I watched The Dundies for like the 100th time the other night & just kept rewinding that scene over & over. They are both SO cute! (Okay, I couldn't resist. Here's the play-by-play.)

Thanks, those pics are great! I love that this has turned into a John and sometimes Jenna love-fest! I saw Shrek 3 on Sun and although John's brief appearance is as a character, who is basically a bully and mean to Artie, I couldn't stop smiling every time he spoke! Funny how just the voice of JK can do that! Thank goodness I have kids and can buy that movie on DVD as soon as it comes out!!
