Well, Steve Carell on the Daily Show got me all excited about Jim and Pam -- thanks for referring to them because I am giddy like a school girl now.

Seriously the next couple of weeks will be great with all the press that Steve and John are doing. They are going to be popping up all over the place. I just pray that EVERY interviewer mentions The Office.

I just want to clear something up in case TPTB are reading. As much as I would LOVE Jim hair back, I DO NOT want it back enough to go through another season of that heinous raccoon fur wig.

Ok, I figured I'd put this out there first in this thread before the Celebrity Crush thread. I have been watching a lot of clips and interviews with Steve Carell, mostly to hear any tidbit on JAM, and I am actually looking forward to Evan Almighty, but I think I am starting to develop a crush on Steve. Now I know this is the JAM thread, but I also know you are the most supportive of all the threads here. Is anyone else getting this vibe that Steve Carell, in spite of being Michael is a sweet and ridiculously funny guy? Also, he's always looking sharp dressed! Maybe I am just showing my age, but I think I may look for a pic to post on the crush thread. He's moving up my list!

^^^Steve Carell is so talented and he seems like such a nice guy. Great husband and father too which are exceptionally sexy traits! So I can see why you'd be developing a celeb crush on him! I thought he was brilliant in Little Miss Sunshine and when Jay Leno interviewed him a week or so ago, he seemed so down to earth. He also looked very good all dressed up and polished! So gush away here. We are an equal opportunity thread here. All are welcome!

I also have a little thing for Steve. For me it started in 40 year old. He was so funny, yet vulnerable in that movie. Steve also seems so down to earth and enjoying his time in the spotlight. Here's a pic that I like:

I was thinking today. Hasn't this past month just flown by? We have been without JAM for a month now, but I don't feel like I've suffered.

I had actually been avoiding fanfic for a while, but today I got back into it, and printed off the first 5 chapters of Distance Learning, so good, and I'll be reading some more after hubby goes to bed. (He just doesn't understand) The month is flying by and another thing I noticed today is that rewatching S3 is not nearly as painful now that we know about the ending!
