I'm not exactly sure what episode it's from but it's the TH from right after Ryan overheard Dwangela's 'cookie' discussion. When I saw it, I had to have it because I think I laughed harder at that than anything else on The Office.

I just put that Jim and Pam pic from Basketball on the background of my computer and my three year old said, "Is that Jim and Pam", and I said yes it is, and she said, "They your friends, right mama?"

That has to be in my top 5 favorite Jam moments, and it made 'The Carpet' one of my all-time favorite episodes.

Another moment I love from that episode is the deleted scene where Jim is looking at the website for the lodge that Pam and Roy went to in the Pocono’s. It's so heartbreaking and so real. It's probably one of realest moments on The Office. I just understood it immediately. It was like a punch to the gut. Because you know that he was probably unwillingly picturing/thinking about/obsessing about Pam and Roy on their romantic vacation the whole time she was gone, and he just had to be able to visualize it. Even though, it would probably make it more painful because it would have made it real, but it was just driving him crazy. Also, because he is so in love with Pam that he just HAD to know everything about her even if it's where she spent a romantic vacation with another man. He also probably couldn't stand the idea of her experiencing something without him. He might have even been indulging in a little fantasying of him and Pam going to that lodge together. I wish I was better at writing my thought out because I could explain it better. I guess I loved it so much because it is something I could totally see myself doing.

^^^Also in that epi, did you catch when he asked her if she "did a lot of skiing"while they were there and she said "no."? You could just tell he was hoping she did do a lot of skiing and that they didn't spend a lot of time in the room, if you know what I mean.

I went away for the weekend with all these happy JAM thoughts in my head, and then I come back here tonight and there is just so much bad JAM-JUJU floating around. - his party in E-Mail Surveillance, especially having pity on and singing with Michael

- saying he would save the receptionist in Booze Cruise
- crying on Casino Night (breaks my heart, but it's so sweet)

- being nice to Karen in Benihana Christmas
- hugging Michael in Business School
- being honest and then breaking up with Roy
- apologizing to Jim in the Negotiation
- funny face in Basketball when she tells Jim that Roy plays tough

- basically anything in the Dundies, but especially Pam kissing Jim, drunk Pam and the parking lot scene.

This was hard...

Favorite Jim moments:

1. Of course the E-mail Surveillance when he looks at Michael singing Islands in the Stream and then gets up to save Michael from the embarassment of no one wanting to sing the girl part.
2. When he "attacked" Dwight from the front...the smile on his face afterwards!
2. The look on his face after he came out of the room in The Convention and said, "Dwight got a hooker."
4. The look on his face after Karen's makeover.
5. The rebound conversation with Michael.

I have to think of fav Pam moments and fav JAM moments. I'm supposed to be working, but who can work when we're coming up with top 5's!!

But I wouldn't have minded letting John rehearse his kissing scenes with me...to ease the awkwardness of kissing a good friend like Jenna. We could do as many takes as need be. I would do it for the show so Pam and Jim get it right!!! They have Casino Night to top, you know. OK, back to reality.

I keep telling myself that Jim and Pam will get together, by the finale no less, yet I keep secretly losing hope that this will happen and it is just not fair. If there was ever a couple that was, undoubtedly, without a shred of doubt, undeniably supposed to be together, it is Jim and Pam. Just let it happen already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
