Welcome!

I got a little excited when I read that you only saw CN a month ago. Wasn't it just magical. I only saw CN last August, about a month before the S3 premiere. It was nice only having to wait a short time for S3.

Anyways, you'll have fun on here. It's all guuuud.

Awwww Thanks! I am so looking forward to chatting! BTW I love your Jenna pics, she is absolutely freakin gorgeous!

Hey JW4L, did you see that LtW doesn't come out in Canada until July 6th?

Oh well, we'll be at our cottage all next week. I'll have to wait until the following week to see it sad.gif .

I just read this little USA Today article about our John.

http://usaweekend.com/07_issues/070701/070701krasinski.html

Here's my fave question:

What was your best on-screen kiss?
I think I'd have to go with Jenna [Fischer, who plays Pam] because of the buildup.

We agree, John!

Your day not going good, snog? Mine either...it's payday and the check is basically gone and my car just broke down. Walked home in the heat with my three complaining little girls (but at least it's not raining).

It seems like just when I think there's going to be extra, something else happens. I guess that's the price to pay for being a stay at home (working out of the home) Mom...I figure in another two years when they're all in school, I'll make up for all this...but for now, I should just be thankful that I can be home with them and hear them laugh and play as if there isn't anything to worry about! And they shouldn't have to worry about anything...I'm off to put on a happy face and call some of my clients to see if they can pay some of these invoices that they have outstanding...maybe I can actually get some money in to pay for my car! sigh.gif

OK, sorry for the 4th post in a row...but I have a lot to say and can't say it all at once for some reason!! That USA weekend article...just makes me love him even more!! Especially this part...

Any unrequited loves in your life, ones that got away?
Being a relationship guy, I have had times where really good friends of mine and I hit it off, but they're always dating someone when I'm single and vice versa. And that has happened several times.

Are you dating anyone right now?
No, I'm single. You know that moment when you're talking to someone, and you realize it could be a possible dating situation? Like, you get beyond the general conversation, and there's some sort of potential in the air? That's when everything goes wrong for me. [Laughs.]

"People" say you're dating Renee Zellweger.
No, we are not dating! We are definitely not dating. We went to a David Sedaris reading with the whole wardrobe department, and somehow a photo of that was floating around with only the two of us. Luckily, Renee is so cool and so used to it. She said, "Oh yeah, don't worry, you'll be my new boyfriend starting Monday." I'm actually dating George [Clooney]. If you're gonna spread the rumor, at least get it right, people.

I wish I could be so talented, but no. I found it on photobucket. I'd love to credit with who, but there are several copies all with different usernames. There are so very many talented, creative people out there and when they show JAM love, I'm a sucker every time...

And sed, snogging, I had a bad day too. Fraud action with my online banking. My 6 year old help corral the 2 little ones for the 3 hours I spent on the phone. But then we had to go in to the bank, and it's 100 degrees...in Colorado. yuck

But home, air conditioning, and my internet connect and mommy's smiling again. rolleyes.gif

Hey sedimentary, sorry about your bad day. sad.gif I can empathize with you. I quit a good job to be home with my kids when they were babies and it smarted financially for a while, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel..promise. Now that mine are older (going into 3rd and 5th grade), I have found a nice balance between working primarily at home--I'm only in the office once a week (and actually making some decent money) and still being able to be around for them. It really does get easier.

It's nice that we all have this outlet. The MB is a magical place where cars don't break down and there are no bills to pay...and Jim is our boyfriend.

Hang in there!

*EDIT* BTW, can I add my misery? Last night at 1:00 AM, my 10-year old came in my room and said "I have a neck ache." I went downstairs and got him an ice pack. My husband was snoring so I couldn't go back to sleep. I hit the MB for an hour or so and tried to go back to bed. My son, thinking he was being funny, had set my daughter's alarm clock to go off at 2:00 AM and I was jolted out of bed to go turn it off. Then my dog started barfing all over my bedroom...and I had just had the carpets cleaned THAT DAY. mad.gif Needless to say, I am extremely grumpy today!

Yes!!! I am free for the summer!!

I'm excited to spend time with my kids. The whole family is going up to my father-in-law's cottage for a week and I am avoiding having to pack for 4 people for a week by being on here. There's no washing machine up there, so we have to pack a week's worth of clothes. Yikes.

But hey, I'm not a complainer.

So I was just thinking about season 3 today and what a cold, barren wasteland of JAM a lot of it was (made up for it in the end though!) And I couldnt stop thinking of this one scene:

Toby: Hey, uh... where'd you decide to take Karen tonight?
Jim: Anna Maria's.
Ryan: What's the occasion?
Jim: Six-month anniversary. What?
Ryan: Nothing - I think, uh, we all kinda thought you guys were just, like, hooking up.
Jim: No, we've been dating for six months.

That just made me smile when I first heard it. Youve been dating for 6 months and no one could even tell? What a fun, loving relationship that must have been! Now that that charade is over, Jim can look forward to a long happy life with the woman of his dreams. And just think what their 6 month anniversary will be like wub.gif

I did see that LtW comes out later. Why do they keep punishing us Canadians? I did notice that it is playing at the Mustang Drive In in Guelph that weekend with Oceans Thirteen, so maybe I can get grandma & grandpa to have the boys sleep over and I can go with hubby, he wants to see Oceans. Do you think I can control myself if he's there while I watch it?

I am joining the S3 pledge of abstinance, to make the taste of sweet JAM so delicious once I reach the finale, (somewhere on Sept 5?, oh wait that's my son's 6th birthday, I may have to finish up all of S3 on the 4th, thank goodness that's the first day of school)

Have a great summer Bees!! You deserve it!! As a mother of 2 school age boys I really respect teachers and their hard work and dedication. God bless you all who have chosen that profession! My oldest had a substitue teacher all year, (maternity leave), and that woman was awesome and I found out this week that she'll be teaching Grade 1, in the mornings at our school next year, and my second, Jonny is heading to Gr 1 in the fall, so I am really hoping she is his teacher!

Ahh, the wig. I remember how it angered me so. As if it wasn't bad enough that our Jim and Pam were kept apart, but then they put that "thing" on top of John's sweet head.

Well, it's all wiped away now. Jim and Pam are together and the Jim hair is on it's way back.

Yay!

I liked that one as well. There is a different Jam video on youtube set to the same song. Both are really good.

Ahhh, The Mustang! I been there a few times. I went to University of Guelph and we had some fun times at the Mustang. But, will you be able to handle seeing John THAT big while sitting outside on a beautiful summer night? That sounds dreamy.

Thanks for your well wishes. I got a little choked up saying goodbye to my Grade 1's yesterday, but I have been moved to Grade 2 next year, so I will have some of them again. I'm sure your little guy will love Grade 1. My Ben is going into Grade 1 as well. He's so excited that he will be going every day to school. Man, they sure grow up fast.

Just think, Jim and Pam may be having a little Halpert of their own one day! I know, imaginary people having imaginary babies. I'm living in Crazytown, but it sure is fun!

That one is fun. The first time I heard that song of the radio I thought of Karen, and how I didn't like Jim's girlfriend.

^^^ Ug that was awful! Didnt they even look at him after they put it on? Who was the person who said, "Yeah, I think that looks good." cause they should be fired.

No kidding! Don't they proof the episodes before they air?!?! I cannot imagine that John was okay with how he looked in The Negotiation. Scary!

*EDIT* Visual aids:

Jim in The Negotiation:

Much better (but still not great) with Big Haircut:

Aaaah perfection!:

I hadnt really noticed that is was very bad, but everyone on the MD was talking about it. Then The Negotiation aired and i literally remember gasping and thinking, "such a travesty to put such an ugly thing on such a beautiful man." But John/Jim could have and actual racoon on his head, live in a garbage can, and wear trash bags and Id still think he was hot.

^^^Look above your last post, ferriah. I edited with visual aids! And yes, "homeless" Jim would still definitely be HOT, despite what Karen thinks!

Is this the same teacher that went to your son's play or something like that? I remember you being sad at the end of the year that your school might be losing her, so that's GREAT that she'll be teaching there. YAY!!

laugh.gif rolling.gif The look on his face in the first pic is so funny! The hair is just the cherry on top.
I like Big Haircut, he looks.... dashing. I still just want to mess it up with my hands though. But obviously the last one is the man we all know and love. So I hope the hair/makeup department is reading this; Just say no to wigs in Season 4!

I laughed so hard I sprayed diet coke all over the place! I needed that laugh!! But it is true, John Krasinski could wear a live Davey Crocket hat complete with the tail and he'd turn us all into animal lovers!

Sorry about your bad day...that's scary and frustrating!! Glad your six year old was a big help...mine like to climb onto the back of my chair as I'm trying to conduct business calls...

Glad the internet connection is working, eh!!

Thanks for the inspirational words! I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel...I'm just afraid some days that it's a train going full steam right at me!!

Yikes...up all night AND barf...ah if only JK could walk a bit in our world...he'll never want to leave!! laugh.gif

Let's chase that magic MB feeling.

Ok, if you are feeling down, please look at a picture of your boyfriend, and everything will be all right.

Question: What is your type?
Moms, primarily, yup. Soccer moms, single moms, NASCAR moms, any type of mom, really.

Yeah, Bees. That put a big smile on my face!!

rolling.gif But if you actually got the chance to meet JK, you wouldn't have to wonder what you would do with the kids while you sneak off and mess up his hair! See, there's always a positive spin!

Yeah, have a good start to your summer! That sounds like a wonderful way to spend it! How's the packing coming along?

Born on a mountain top in Tennessee
The greenest state in the land of the free
Raised in the woods so's he knew ev'ry tree
Kilt him a b'ar when he was only three
Davy, Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier

Fought single-handed through many a war
Till the enemy was whipped and peace was in store
And while he was handlin' this risky chore
He made himself a legend forever more
Davy, Davy Crockett, the man who knew no fear

He went off to Congress and served a spell
Fixin' up the Government and the laws as well
Took over Washington, so I heard tell
And he patched up the crack in the Liberty Bell
Davy, Davy Crockett, seeing his duty clear

When he came home his politic'ing was done
And the western march had just begun
So he packed his gear and his trusty gun
And lit out a-grinnin' to follow the sun
Davy, Davy Crockett, leading the pioneer!
