Congrats to the "RASCALs" it's offical!!!! Just got a call from my best friend, one of the mom's of the boys!!!!!!! They will be flying out next week. They have been working on a song with no music. It's supposed to be very good!!! one draw back that Jen told me is that the "Rascals" NEVER got up to date songs from the group's voice teacher. I guess he, the voice teacher, doesn't like modern songs. But whatever, can't wait to see Whitt!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We LOVE YOU!!!!!!

I saw a commercial for the show, the african-american girl sounded like she should have been on American Idol, she was great, looks like she might be hard to beat!

I hope this show does not center around the singers again. My daughter sings, and I love all avenues for singers to perform, but I do want this show to be a wide variety of talents that are fun and entertaining.

I agree, if it turns into a bunch of singers or groups of singers, I will probably quit watching, if I want a singing competiton (solo or groups), I will watch American Idol or a show about a band being discovered. I hope the producers realize that if they want to really keep an audience, they had better not make it about singers. Lots of people can sing, I'll turn on my ipod or radio if I want more singers. I want to watch a show where if I turn off the channel, I might miss something that I won't be able to find again, not a show where if I turn it off, I can go and turn on my favorite cd and hear what I want to hear. People have different types of music that they like, it is all subjective, but..... I always love to watch something that I can't do because it takes a special skill or years of practice! That is what will keep me watching. I am really hoping for some unusual, but classy acts, no more rapping grannies.
