Last night Jay Leno, made the joke (or was it) that the networking banking on The Bionic Woman to change their rank from the #4 --- will only result in them becoming Network to #5 Rings even more the truth now.
The dropping of a great program of the type of Crossing Jordan, to appeal to the mindless end of society is just another reason why NBC is no longer the Television force it once was.
All to often, the network shuns great drama for a quick cheap program that appeals to those who do not wish to have to think or be provoked into an indepth devotion to the show.
NO, I will not be one who says you dropped CJ so I will not watch anything else you have on.
But, I WILL write and contact all of the sponsors of CJ, and tell them, that I am dissapointed and will not buy THEIR product in protest of the dropping of CJ. Money TALKS and the sponsors BUCKS talk the loudest of all!

This is another idea would should focus a lot on, finding a list of sponsors of NBC and advertise who do so on NBC and then also boycott their products along with the network. Of course we'd have to tell them why we're boycotting their products for it to work, but it will make a huge impact if enough people do it.

I like this idea. Maybe when you get a list we can post it on the other boards of shows that were screwed by the network.

Starting with TBD and S60 and Raines. All good shows, IMHO.
Passions might be another one to post it on. The show got picked up by direct tv but there are those of us who won't get to watch it.

Sounds like a plan. I think it would be a good idea if more than one of us made lists, just to maximize our chances of getting all the companies. Then PM me because I have a good idea of a way to organize it.

Sounds good. I'll make one too. That way we will most likely get all the advertisers in that time slot. And when I watch SNL this weekend, I'll add any that advertise then that didn't tonight. Then I'm done with NBC.

Eventhough I adore Jay to pieces, and agree that NBC will remain in the toilet only because they keep screwing with their good shows while trying to pass off bad ones. I will be watching The Bionic flop because of Miguel and Molly Price. I'm not only a CJ fan but I ended up here because of Jill and I've been a fan of her's since here L&O days.
See I'm not only a fan of a show I'm a fan of the people on the show and those behind the scenes, provided they don't screw me over like Tim Kring that is. Molly since Third Watch, heck her early screen work and work on L&O since the early 90's for that matter, and Miguel since Twin Peaks. So eventhough I don't want to I'll tune in for them and stick it out until it gets pulled.
