Let's line up all the NBC execs in a boardroom, and they can all take ownership for an existing show and a fall preview show. They have to plan the advertising of the shows, the timeslot, etc., and then they have to take ownership of the ratings. If they don't make target numbers, they're picked off, one by one by a panel of unimpressed NBC fans (I understand that a panel of any kind of NBC fans might be hard to come up with). The execs will have a chance to revisit the schedule from the year before and fix mistakes.
I don't know what the winner would get, but I might have some fun watching NBC execs getting picked apart.
