"Crash" Music, music used in series finale

about halfway through the series finale, "Crash", as the team was processing the bodies inside the crashed section of aircraft a beautiful, "irish/celtic" sounding song featuring a female voice was used over the montage and beginning with the line " to the end of the earth i searched for your face; the one that laid all of our beauty to waste..." does anyone know the name of this song or who the artist might be?

ok, never mind....i found the first line online....this is a patti griffin song, "cold as it gets" from her cd "impossible dream" (2004) and it is, according to the reviewer, about the holocaust.

The song played at the very end was Thirty Years of Tears by John Hiatt, which incidently was also played at the very end of the very 1st episode.
