So i searched around for this topic but couldn't find it. Whatever happened with Kevin and Stacy? In cocktails, when he's asked if they set a date for the wedding, he said something like "it's complicated."
I was kinda hoping we'd get some glimpse of it in the finale, but no such luck. What do you guys think?

I've always been a bit confused about this subject as well. You catch tidbits about Stacy in Valentine's Day and Cocktails but not much mention otherwise. Kevin always appears interested in other women but that seems to be his personality. I've always been a bit confused about Kevin bringing condoms onto the boat on Booze Cruise since he is engaged though. I think we will catch a bit of that storyline in S4 though.

They'll either break up during this summer or they'll have their wedding date set by the Season 4 opener.

I'd have to re-watch Booze Cruise to try to see if Stacy is there. She comes to the Dundies, and to Jim's party (I think). I checked a site with screencaps, but in the couple of pictures Kevin is in, I can't see Stacy. I don't remember if I saw her at Phyllis's Wedding.
Remember when they came in on the morning of the Booze Cruise, they didn't know yet where they were going, or if it was an overnight trip. So, if Stacy was coming, and it might have been an overnight trip, they might have needed condoms.
But, you know, I'm not sure we should even be discussing this, because it's complicated. Plus, Kevin would appreciate some space on this.

I wonder if Stacy might be a stripper. Kevin does seem to be enamoured of them in general...

Good point! That would explain a lot!

Kev was singing "You Oughta Know" at the Christmas Party with a great deal of feeling...things must have already gotten "complicated" by then.
Oh, and in a deleted scene from Valentine's Day, we know that she frequently goes out of town and doesn't tell Kevin where she's going, so maybe she's a stripper AND a secret agent.

That's so funny that there's a thread on this because I was just thinking about this yesterday! (no kidding...) Anyhoo, I think there's lots for the writers to explore here, with Kevin and other characters, lots and lots of material for many-a-season.
I really would appreciate some closure on this whole Stacy deal too because (if you've ever seen any of my other posts) I'm really big on continuity. You can't just show Kevin's beautiful fiancee (and her daughter, no less) and then expect us diehards to forget it - IMHO, of course.
Maybe it has something to do with the success of Scrantonicity. Did they end up playing Phylis' wedding?

After watching a deleted scene from Cocktails and hearing Kevin ask "Are there carbs in vodka?" in the background of one scene, I think I know why he says "it's complicated and I would appreciate some space on this." when asked about his wedding date during the aired scenes. I think Stacy probably gave Kevin an ultimatum about losing weight before they get married. Curious to see if this plays out in S4

I didn't see that deleted scene, but it sounds like a good possibility. It would be kind of cool if Kevin (and more importantly, Brian) shows up in the first episode of season 4 about 30 pounds lighter.
I remember seeing Stacy at Phyllis' wedding.

Good point about the weight loss, especially since he seemed to be counting carbs. Who did he say it to? Maybe
they were counting carbs.
I am wondering if he has front teeth. In every picutre of him smiling, you cannot see any. Has anyone seen Kevin/Brian's teeth? If so, post a screncap.
Also, Kevin says that Stacy frequently goes out of town and doesn't tell Kevin where she's going. I think they are both foreign spies, like Boris and Natasha. Because in Office Olympics when they are playing the National Anthem, Kevin has his left hand across his chest, not his right. You're supposed to use your right so it's over your heart, showing your love for America.

So you think Kevin and Stacy may be hunting for Moose and Squirrel?
You can't see Kevin in the deleted scene so you do not know who he is talking to but you can tell by the intonation, he is asking a question.

I hope Stacy dumps him.
As I've been reflecting on past episodes, Kevin's mean comments to Pam keep coming to mind. I don't like Kevin much anymore. I hope Jim and Pam don't book his lousy band for thier wedding.

Telling her that Katy is prettier then her. That was terrible. He can have his opinion, but he shouldn't say that to her.
Then the Karen comparisions to Jim. Not nice either.

They won't, because BV,VR and Phyllis booked him, and Phyllis
stole copied all of Pam's idea's for her wedding to Roy.
Kevin had (has?) a lot more invested in this relationship than Stacy does, and even though he's pretty crude, I think he's just a nicer guy. How many men would take their fiance's daughter to Take Your Daughter to Work day?

You're right! Thankfully! Kevin's band won't be playing the wedding.
I think Kevin is just being nice because he knows that Stacy could do much better.
I don't know why I have such a low opinion of Kevin lately. I used to think he was ok. I guess I didn't like him in 'The Job' and then I watched 'Hot Girl' recently.

As a comedic device Kevin is great. As a person, he get's on my nerves. I'm with you RC. When he told Pam that Katy was prettier than her I wanted to smack him. She's a mutt compared to Pam and I will not here otherwise.

Come on, you seriously don't think that they write his character that way for a reason. Just the same as they write Toby as boring. Kevin brings a completely different aspect to the office and his comments that often make everyone uncomfortable are priceless. And as far as Scrantonicity goes, it only adds to the unpredictability of a character such as him. Bottom line, we all know Kevins, that's what makes him endearing. Be sure to watch the special, "Cooking with Kevin in the office," on disc 2 of S3, it is great, I think it could redeem your faith in him.

...^^^kevin malone's counterpart, or inspiration, is kevin bishop, a character that the brilliant ricky gervais helped create -- btw, wtg on the emmy for best actor, ricky , yes! yes! yes! -- anyhoo, malone is far more "fleshed out" than bishop -- the extra 2 seasons help, i'd bet, but, still, with kev, it is what it is...case in point, his fascination with womens' washrooms...o/t, i am sooooooo freaking excited for tomorrow. i'm beaming!.....

She was at Phyllis's Wedding. She comes around when there are instances for her to be places- just like Terri (Stanley's wife).

Raise your hand if you're surprised it lasted as long as it did.
