I do love you, makes me disturbed but I love you more.

No need for a f-ng countdown--Oct 19th is a Sunday, if I'm not mistaken. You want to go away for a weekend--go out for that one. Get the hell out of town and leave him ringing your bell.
Where was he in July for your birthday? Nowhere to be found. A guy friend of mine just told me his GF is working and can't go to a company party and was looking for a date after all other friends said no. He lives outta town so I can't. He seriously thought about calling a escort.

We know you're okay, but I think it would be an awesome message to send. And it wouldn't be hiding. It would be doing what you wanted on the weekend. But it's up to you.
Yeah, I just don't want him to think that I'm hiding from him cause I'm afraid of what would happen if I stayed. he runs...I don't.

I met this guy at work today 
. Well, not really. He's next door in the ESL class. Anyway, his name is Ricardo, & he's been here for 4 months. He is orginally from Columbia. So we talked for a bit, & exchanged numbers at the end. We also agreed to do coffee in the near future & also, he would teach me Spanish & I would help him with English. I feel all giddy inside

Sooo my lab partner has been flirting with me since the start of the semester, and I just found out he's a senior. Also i'm not really interested. Advice on subtly telling him he should probably lay off? He's nice, so I don't want him to totally avoid me for the rest of the semester...

^^ He probably well. He asked me to call first, but I'll probably wait till the weekend, as chances are I'll see him tomorrow. When I told him it was my last day at the daycare, he was dissapointed & instead of asking me if I was single, he asked if I was married .

Marriage will not happen for me until I'm at least 28. I need to have my career first & also, I have to set some long-term life goals that I know will happen. Until I figure out what I want in life for myself, I refuse to wed. I'm only 22 as well, so I can't see myself knowing what I want .He called twice. The first time was when I was walking home from work & since I cannot multi-task too well ie walk & talk on the phone at the same time, I let it ring. The second time I missed the call. I texted him, saying I'll call him after 9 when I can talk for free. I dunno, it should be interesting since he can barely speak English & also, since I don't know a word of Spanish. Plus, he cannot see me make expressions with my hands to explain what I'm saying so that will also make it harder. I'm sure there will be so awkward pauses

I talked to the other guy and we are for sure getting closer. Talking and really getting to know each other. Since I've not been anywhere, we spent 2 hrs talking on the phone about everything.

I have a coffee date scheduled for Saturday evening . We're going to go downtown & talk over coffee at Starbucks. His English is progressing, which I'm happy about but I plan to learn a little basic Spanish as well to make things easier for him. I find his accent absolutely adorable, & I love that he has such dark features. Plus, it's the most cutest thing hearing him trying to speak English 
. And I'm gonna look fab cause I'm gonna get a manicure, hilights & threading a few days before the little date.

Umm, I don't think the coffee date isn't going to work after all. Ricardo is 35. Yes, 13 years older than me! I cannot date someone with that big of an age difference. It's too awkward. Ah well, what can I do.

I was wrong. He added me on FB (I didn't accept) & when I checked his profile, it said he was born in 1972. That will make him 36 next month. Yeah, that's too old for a relationship or friendship. I draw the line at 27 for both. Thank goodness I won't have to see him again.
this guy I know is coming up from SD to San Fran to testisfy in a trail, he's a cop. He wanted to know what I was doing this weekend. He didn't say he was going to be in town but I wonder if he's looking for something. I"m not sure what to say to him, cause I am seeing this other guy.

^^ That's exactly right. I like having friends my age because well, we get each other & we're all at a different stage of our live than that 36 year old guy. It would be awkward going clubbing with him, or going out for late night dinner etc. Simply put, I like having friendships with people who are in my age bracket. Maybe some won't agree but that's how I feel, because friends who are over a decade over will want to do & have other things.
