from both seasons, not just this season. My favorite so far, has been the Christmas episode where they had to swap gifts. Close second would have to be the episode Micheal and the guys played bball versus the warehouse.

Keep Watching "The Office". The greatest show ever.

OK, board, favorite episode? My was the Dundies awards held at Chili's. Pam getting drunk was a classic, she actually unwittingly kept the award show going after Michael was ready to give up due to the unruly patrons. Pam who comes across as a level-headed, all business type, really lets down her guard and steal the show, I could not stop laughing. I am so hooked on her. You go "white tennis" girl!

I am with you on this one PostItNotes. My favorite episode is also the Dundies. Pam falling off the barstool is hilarious as well as her acceptance speech and then of course there is the kiss with Jim!

I'm gonna have to say S02E12 - The Injury...

I'm going to go with the Email Surveillance episode, that scene where Jim and Pam are sitting in his room looking at his yearbook is priceless.

To be honest Ive not seen them all , which is killing us , us I mean by my wife , and 2 daughters ages 8 and 10 they love it also , my favorite might be the basketball game , but my 10 year old loves "Take Your Daughter to Work Day", in fact she often repeats out of the blue "cautionary tales for kids"

I too, have missed a few episodes this season But it's still hard to pick a favorite, they all have some great moments. Dwight's cuncussion was hilarious, and so was his speech. But, being a JAM lover, I would have to pick The Dundies. Because drunk or not, she still got to kiss him!

I forgot to ask, did Pam ever remember the kiss? Was it ever mentioned again? I'm watching the eppies out of sequence, and haven't seen them all yet, so I never found this out.

I've seen them all numerous times and I do not believe the kiss is ever mentioned again.

the Dundies is indeed an awesome episode.. but im gonna say dwight's speech is my favorite. first of all, the beginning is priceless with dwight taking the temp out and checking crede and stanley into walls. I also love how michael intentionally insults dwight soooooo much in this episode... hahaha. And of course michael's awful speech had me in tears i was laughing so hard.

Despite the ending, where Roy ruins everything, my favorite episode is the Alliance. Amazing!

I loved the Dundies (Pam is a fun drunk) and Basketball (keep your shirt on Dwight).

The Dundees was good. I loved the part when Pam won "whitest sneakers" and she stumbles up druck, makes a speech, and the kisses Jim. It was so funny watching them sit down after that. They both let out this heavy sigh, but Jim's is for a completely different reason.

I have to agree with the Dundees episode. For me, the part where Michael comes out on stage rapping "OPP" with Dundees lyrics is classic. Then the waitress trips on the cord and screws the whole thing up. Two words, "Tiny Dancer".

Hello - I'm new here and my favorite episode is the Dundies too!

The Injury - best episode ever! First time I saw that episode I laughed so hard. The part where Ryan(the temp) says that it is the same way he gets his dog to take his medicene, the CAT scan, car crash, rubbing butter, overall an excellent episode.

To me the funniest was probably Diversity Day or Michael's Birthday. The Dundees was good overall.

I'm surprised no one has said Valentines Day yet. That is my second favorite. Dwight has some of the best looks in this episode... When he gets his bobble-head doll, the s___ eating grin on his face makes me die laughing everytime I see it... Michael in New York (City of love?) is great too... I'm gonna grab me a New York slice... at Sbarro!!! Ryan hooks up with Kelly (on Feb 13th!), Dwight initially believes a Ham is a good gift.. Conan O'Brien cameo... Just a great episode...

My Favorites:

Season 1: Health Care (Jim's like Robin Hood in this episode)and Diversity Day

Season 2: Email Surveillance, The Fire, The Dundees, The Christmas Party, Valentine's Day, Micheal's Birthday, and Drug Testing.

What can I say, I love them all (except for the most recent episode, though it did have its moments). The Dundies was great when Ryan won -the hottest in the office award-! I have to say I love the injury though! That one killed me, just how Michael thought he was disabled. A classic moment though is when Michael is procrastinating, and won't sign those time cards... or w/e they were, and he's singing -i don't wanna work, i just wanna bang on my mug all day- and Ryan interrupts -did you call me in here for any reason?- I could go on forever... ah.

It's a toss up... between The Dundies and The Injury. I loved in the Injury the part where Jim was spraying Dwight with the water bottle in the van. I laughed so hard and kept rewinding it to see it again.

Hello folks, I'm a newbie. It is hard for me to pick one episode over others. I mean really how does one distill Michael's out-sized ego, the sweetness of Jim and Pam, and the unstoppable juggernaut that is Dwight Schrute into one episode? I can't do it. So I'll just have to pick favorite episodes: the Dundies is a classic, Michael in his hooded sweatshirt breaking it down had me rolling; the Injury was also another, Michael's reason for having a George Foreman grill beside his bed as well as Dwight's post-concussion personality makeover were great; and finally take your daughter to work day is a little bit of all right--I think I like it so much because it typifies why this is such a great series: it combines a biting wit, pitch perfect observational humor, and heart--the episode was very funny, and it also managed to have moments of genuine pathos (as when Michael interacts with Toby's daughter, and when the office views his appearance on the kid's program) and none of the humor or pathos is forced--which is what separates this show from the rest of what's out there, it has smarts and heart but it doesn't beat you over the head with either.

It's not one that's mentioned very often, but I really like "Basketball" from Season 1.

Honorable Mentions: "The Dundies," "The Client," "Health Care," "Dwight's Speech," and "Booze Cruise."

I like the most recent episodes, too, but I have to let them sink in for a few weeks before I can properly rate them in my head.

I'd definitely say that "Conflict Resolution" and "Christmas Party" would be my favourite episodes.

I would have to say The Injury. That had great stuff in it. It must have been hard for them to film this without cracking up.

There are comedies which are just funny, there are dramas that are over the top intensity, and then there is the Office where the actors play 'real life' so brilliantly that you almost forget they're acting. This has got to be the hardest type of role and these characters are so good you get sucked right into them.

The funny stuff is funny because it falls into that it's so ridiculous cuz it's true category. But with Jim and Pam last night, it was so heartfelt and amazing. Not often when I watch a show am I held spellbound, and that's exactly what they did to me. I'd give the entire cast a boxful of Emmy's for last night alone.

Once it ended I told my husband 'Damn those bastards for making me care!!!'

Ok- there are so many threads about jim and pam, and dont get me wrong i LOVE them. But right now i want to take my mind off of it.

The Injury was awesome but my vote is for Drug Testing. Dwight-centric and even a tension filled Jim and Pam moment, not to mention the part where Jim convinces Dwight that the drugs are his. Priceless!

My absolute favorite episode is "The Injury," written by the talented Mindy Kaling. I was rolling on the floor laughing, and seriously almost peed my pants.

I love all of the episodes. They are all funny but I have to say my two favorites are "The Injury" and "The Alliance".

Yup! Put me down for the Injury. Jim spraying Michael and Dwight in the van was hysterical. And Michael trying to stick his foot into the catscan at the end had me on the floor.

And ofcourse the temp (ryan) putting the aspirin in Michael's pudding. Actually the whole episode is hysterical.

How about "Email Surveillance" -- with Michael crashing Jim's party, the adorable scene between Jim/Pam in Jim's room, Jim/Michael's "Islands in the Stream" karaoke duet, and Dwight/Angela making out on the patio?

I cant even begin to pick only one episode! Theyre all so perfect in their own little way.

By far it was the Casino Night episode. Very well done. Nice cliffhanger.

my favorite all season has been the dundees but the drug testing suprassed it.
