Full Version: Trouble viewing online episodes

is anyone having trouble viewing any episodes? I need to catch up and they won't play. It's so annoying, the commerical will play but no TBD. Can anyone help?

I've had that trouble before. It seems sporadic. Things are working fine for me now.

I have been trying to watch the series online, but several of the episodes will not load. I continue to recieve a connection error when attempting to watch episodes 10 and 11. There are a few other episodes having issues to, these just happen to be were I am at in the series. Not every episodes errors out, I have been able to watch several up to this point. Please help, would very much like to get caught back up with this show.

I had the same problem a few days ago, but everything is working fine for me now. well today at least.

I don't know if it's just my computer or the episodes aren't loading but it's really annoying

Are you in the US? If so I will let tech support know its not working. It might just be your computer. If you are outside the US, then it will not work due to international copy right laws, is what we were told when we addressed the issue to those outside the US.

Sometimes they work and sometimes they dont for me. sometimes some of them work and others dont. its a big bummer when im bored at work!

No problem. I sent them a message and told them it was happening to more then one person (meaning its not just someones computer). They should have it fixed soon.

Thanks for sending them the email. It seems episodes 10 and 11 are the problem, and are still not working. Hope they fix it soon

This really ****** me off because I started watching them in order again and I had to skip from 6 to 8 and that completely upheaved the balance of things.

Is there any way to contact the morons at NBC and get them to fix this?

I'd just buy them off ITunes, but if there's a DVD coming I'm not buying 'em twice.

I have been trying to watch "Wasn't that Enough" for about 5 days now and keep getting an error. I sent an email to tech support but haven't heard back yet. I wanted to see the part where Joanie says " We should put him on the subway and let him ride around. It will take 'em weeks to find out who he is" or something like that ! I just love it!

this is ******* me off i no im trying to show a friend the show we have watched all the episodes up to episode 7 the only thing sure but we cant watch that one cuz it says missing video and sometimes connection error they need to fix this cuz i cant show him the rest of the show and they previews suck and if u try and email the webmaster it has to be a question

I have been getting a connection error for about a week. I emailed tech support on the main page "contact us" but haven't checked today to see if they were able to correct it.

Edited: Let me know if its still not working. I just talked to the other admin and she said tech support said they worked on it and it should be working fine now. They said they tested it and its working fine for all of them. It worked for the other admin and I just checked and its working for me now (and wasnt before), so let me know if its still not working. It might be your computer. Also check to see if its firefox or IE. Sometime it wont work on firefox and sometimes it wont work on IE.

They're finally working again on my computer.

No problem glad everyones are working again. I emailed them everyday, so that they knew it wasnt working. Glad they finally got it done.
