But then again I don't want to be too shallow. Just because two people look physically good doesn't mean they are going to have chemistry or come across good onscreen( i.e. Stephanie and Jeremy). So just because EJ and Nicole are both tall and georgeous that doesn't mean that they will be an automatic hit couple. Because Nicole and Brady were both georgeous people and they were stale as ever to me.

But Brady had to always act like such a prig. It's not
their tall beauty that would make it good, though it

Oh come on that basically describes Sami, Kate, Chelsea, Willow, or even Billie. All of these women have proven to be scheming, lying, conniving people. If all it takes to be with EJ is to be a liar a schemer and a conniver then either one of these women can be paired up with him easily. That means nothing.

Nicole had no conscience about anything. She hired a hitman to kill Victor, then when that failed, schemed with Jan to kill him. Nicole had no morals at all. The other schemers had a conscience about it (except maybe Kate). Nicole is EJ's perfect match. IMO

Nicole did have a conscience but she still did bad things. Just like Sami or Billie. Nicole wasn't some one dimensional character with no heart or soul. She had issues, she had an abusive father, she had a rough childhood. We knew why she was doing some of the things she did. She was a complex character. We saw her conflictions at times, but of course that didn't stop her from doing it.

But aren't they redeeming EJ now and giving him a conscience and making him more human and remorseful about things. They seem to be moving way from the one dimensional non-remorseful EJ and mking him a more well rounded character. A bad boy with a heart.
