Piers remarked two of them looked like "nerds" and they needed to remember the melody (Sharon said). I hope that jogs someone's memory and can help me out!

Sharon has a keen eye for the musical acts. That lead singer seriously was just screaming the harder parts of the song. That really could be due to nerves though. Haha I noticed that the 18 year old singer boy had poor microphone technique too. I mean he kept passing it from one hand to the other. It was quite distracting! I'm glad Sharon come onto AGT this year, as being in the music industry for decades I'm sure gives her a keen eye for musical talent.

No offense, but this group actually sucks compared to the a'cappella group that performed the same song years ago, and WAY better - The Trenchcoats - now called The Coats - seriously - on the show tonight it was obvious to me they were trying to mimic The Trenchcoats, and did a VERY poor jobs of it. Do a web search for 'trenchcoats' with 'some kind of wonderful' - and you can looks at their site - much better sounds.

I dont know who you think you are but I can guarantee that they weren't trying to mimic anyone. It is a crowd pleaser song and probably a song that is easy to cut into a 90 second little audition. There have been many groups that have performed this song because it is a good song to do when in an a'cappella group. They have many more songs to come and you will soon see that The Fault Line will be a very popular group on this show.
