I'm curious to know of others' reactions to last night's last act. He was a dancer, but I'm not sure of his complete name, so I won't guess. I didn't think he was anything special at all. I can't imagine why he passed to the next round.

In a landscape that can best be charactertized as a wasteland, American's Got Talent has lower the bar to an all-time low. It is so disappointing to see it made as the Jerry Springer show, even using him as the host. The idea has such potential for being truly entertaining and refreshing in an otherwise dismal media. Television producers have acquired such a low opinion of the viewers' taste and intelligence, and regrettably, they apparently are somewhat correct. Having a mantage of horrible acts to shock the audience's sensibilities only diminshes the value of the show, and advancing such acts is insulting to viewers' intelligence and recognition of talent. Making us wait for the very few real talented acts is essentially cruel. And the predetermined responses and actions on the part of "judges" is so blatent and crude, it is extremely irritating. My watching the show is only a testimony of how desperate TV producers have made viewers for any type of entertainment
