I don't think it was ever discussed (or was it), .....was the truth going to come out if the Petrelli boys testified against their Father.............Why was it that Father Petrelli had to die?...................?

because when he died they couldn't testify against linderman, therefor keeping lindermans plan of blowing up NY in tact. makes ya wonder if it was really suicide.... "the company" seemed to be able to predict, and see things things. would it be hard to imagine that linderman found out that they were gonna testify and decided to sacrifice mr petrelli in order to keep his "heal the world" plan in tact?
Linderman and "Dallas" were war buddies. I don't think it would come to killing his fellow soldier.

i dont believe pa petrelli is dead because it just so happens he decides to kill himself hours before peter and nathan were about to bring him and linderman down. I dont buy it If they brought linderman down then the bomb definatley would not have gone off. They were about to destroy this "inevitable catastrophe" I believe well be seeing pa petrelli in the future
