I voted for who I think are the most true couple and the ones who are most obviously in love; Turk and J.D.

I said Elliot and JD because every time they get back together I'm like yay yay yay, don't screw it up guys or i'll have to hate you. I don't think making JD and Terk turn out to be a gay couple would be very kl or nice, not being homophobic, it would just be silly and weird!

Their best friends that's what i mean by a couple for them. And remember their closer than the average man and wife. It's Guy Love!!

I'm totally for Kim and J.D.. i just wish the story between them would't have been so hurried.
i believe the jelliot thing at the end of 6th is just to start up the plot of 7th. and at the end they will all sit on the dock of his halfe acres and look into future peace: kelliot, turla, cordan and jim.
