Oh man, the camel toe. I have a workout video where halfway through the instructor gets camel toe. The first time I did the video I nearly fell over. I don't really use it that much anymore, it's like a car crash; I can't look away.

Yeah, my dad was the youngest of 7 children, and my mom was 10th out of 16. Actually there were 16 total aunts, but 3 had died by the time I was born, and 2 lived in Montana. As far as I know, she didn't call long distance to tell them.

So I think my friend may have borrowed the phrase 7-10 split to describe this phenomenon. And one gentleman in particular that we know. He is in his 60's and was always hiking his polyester pants up when he sat down to reveal the inseam of his pants splitting himself - not quite in two. A 7-10 split. Here's a visual (beware!)

I am thoroughly intrigued by the new Revlon mascara in the silver tube. Has anyone seen those commercials yet with Jessica Alba? It makes her lashes look so pretty. Now I know they probably dont use the actual mascara on her, but still. I think its called like 3 D lashes something or other. Has anyone tried it?

Yes I'm quoting myself but I just want to say that I just bought some of this and I like it a lot! No clumps at all, and my lashed are fuller and longer looking. I recommend it! Plus its in a silver tube and I'm a sucker for pretty packaging (thats what she said), but really its true haha.

Can we talk about hair color? I stopped coloring mine right after Christmas, and I suffered through the awful "skunk" stage but made it through. My hair is much healthier and shinier, but I'm just not sure about being gray. Obviously, it ages me. But, I have enjoyed not messing with color, saving the money, being disappointed in how the color turned out, etc. People tell me that the gray looks nice. A lot of women say "If my gray was pretty like yours, I'd do it too, but my gray is ugly." Well, I'm thinkin my gray is ugly too!!
What should I do? My hairdresser suggested "lowlights" but I've never seen them on anyone and I hate the striped head look, so I'm wary of that.
I'm more than 50% gray and I have a big white streak down the right side. Semipermanent color usually just turns orangeish, which as we all know is wh0rish. What's a girl to do?

my 10yo just had 3 phone calls (2 were a hangup) from a 'private number' she gets on the phone on the 3rd try and they say its Kayla.......she says Kayla who? and this person keeps saying "You know me Kayla" So i take the phone and ask who it is......and i get no answer......and they said its Kayla....then I felt like it was a boy trying to sound like a girl I then said 'if this is a boy trying to sound like a girl your doing a bad job of it, if you continue to call again I am going to find out the adult who this phone number belongs to and call the police for harassment" *cue dial tone*

I swear stupid stuff like this ticks me off. My daughter wasnt embarrassed b/c she was weirded out as well.

Lowlights (like anything else) look good if done well, although I've never seen them used on gray hair.

I'd take the compliments about the pretty gray and run with them Aren't there some shampoos that help keep gray hair brighter and healthier?

I noticed today that Pantene had one. I'm not so sure about those shampoos for colors, though.

I use that kind quite a bit, because I have highlights and lowlights. I don't know if it does a whole lot of good, but I do know it doesn't do anything bad . I've never had a problem with them. It probably wouldn't hurt to at least try, but I don't know anything about the grey one either. I'd assume it would be the same.

Nope! I can't get away no matter how hard I try. Actually, we moved about 4 miles from our last house. Which is about two miles from our other house. Which was about three miles from the house I grew up in. Which my parents still live in. Which is now 1.9 miles from our new house. I feel like I just typed out an ACT word problem. In other words, I live in the same town.

Well I have an appt next Tuesday to meet w/the doctor who will be performing the surgery (I choose Novasure procedure) My regular dr for the past 10 years who delivered my 10yo is leaving at the end of the month for a new practice in Virginia and wont be doing any surgeries before he leaves. His practice partner is his brother Yes brother gynecologists!!! I still chuckle. ("Hey bro what do you want to be when you grow up?" 'I want to check out who-ha's every day what about you?' "OMG me too! Lets do this together!" ) And since I have never been seen by his brother I have to do that before the surgery. Its out patient but i'm still kind of very nervous about it. I'll find out all the fun and exciting things to look forward to on Tuesday.............. oh joy!
