alright (actually pronounced aw-ite).
I think there could be a drinking game based on every time a character (especially coach taylor) says this.

OMG that would be a fun game. I know a few people who, depending on the drink, would get hammered in the first 15-20 mins of the show.

Heres a word you will never hear said anywhere else but on FNL:
"CRUCIFICTORIOUS"...thats the name of Landry's (and that Kastor kid) heavy metal Christian rock speed-metal band we met last season.
Reminds one of supercalafradulisticexpaladosious (spelling unknown??) word in Mary Poppins movie.

"Son." I like how Coach Taylor calls all his players "Son" and not always in pleasant situations, such as in 'They're handing you your ass out there son!"

How about "Yes, sir" or "Yes, ma'am" & "No, sir" or "No, ma'am"
When answerin' questions from parents, coaches and other adults.

Definitely. That's one of the first things I noticed about this show, was how polite (at least on the surface) everyone was to each other.
Another FNL word: Quad-rugby.

You know it seems like Tim has had a catch phase for each of the two seasons.
Season 1 "Not too shabby"
Season 2 "No regrets" I read in a interview Taylor really says No Regrets. So, he added it to Rigs since can they improv on the show.

How 'bout. . . .Cat. I've notice Tim a lot this season using the word Cat when he is talkin' about some guy. Like when he told Jason and Herc they were gonna to have'd to talk to Billy about Flippin' the Garrity house. "You're gonna have'd to convince that Cat." I really like that. Cuz, where I grew up in small town Texas. That's what guys called each other a lot . . Cat. Like "That Cat ain't right." Or "That Cat thinks he's sumpin." Anyhoo, I just think it's cool.

Hey Texas!
We live in Texas also and my kids

Yep. . .I don't think you ever grow out sayin' "Yes ma'am and Yes sir in Texas or the South. It's something you've heard and said all your life.
I've got another FNL word. How 'bout "Hon". Tami Taylor calls Coach, Julie and Tyra. . .Hon all the time.
And she says "Honey" a lot too. There's one scene in season Two when she opens Coach's paycheck which is short. And she stammers out "Honey" about 3 times in a role 'cuz, the check ain't what she was expectin'. She was startled and surprised.

I still love the way Riggins refers to the football players by their numbers. I read somewhere that he just started that as he did many of his other Riggisms. His "no regrets" and "make some memories" are so doggone endearing!

Newbie and other above --
All right is not actually aw-ite. Closer is "aw-rite," but the real pronunciation is "are-rite." Coach does says it well.

"bah" (bye) - tyra does it best
"no regrets" - someone beat me to that one
" 'me tell you sumthin" - Coach Taylor starts most sentences this way

How 'bout term. . . . Hot Boxing or Hot Boxed. You know that's what coach calls it when College Recruiters try to give the boys gifts in order to get the guys to sign. A recruiter might try to corner them up to sign with their college. By givin' them stuff like free dinners and concert tickets just tryin' to entice the boys to sign is refer to as Hot Boxing or Hot Boxed. I've heard Coach say it to Smash a bunch. And Tim tell Lyla "All they wanna do is Hot Box me" Yep, the recruiters and me too. . . Wanna Hot Box with Rigs.
