This is such a small point I can't say whether it has any true significance, but all of Molly's drawings indicate that she can only see the eyes of this 'evil being.' If that's the case, couldn't we logically assume that he/she/it is hiding somewhere dark, possibly in the sewers? It's not concrete evidence, but it might add credence to the idea that Sylar was dragged down into the sewers by this entity in the season finale, and why Sylar is still living and has eluded capture for four months.

I actually think Molly's drawings might be of the people being targeted. In the first picture shown (and only in that one), the eyes are slanted. Seems to me that might be how a ten-year old would draw an Asian man (Nakamura). Plus, there is at least one other pair of eyes that has feminine eyelashes (Angela).

I wish we could tell how many drawings there actually were. It would be significant to me if there were nine pairs of eyes. I do think that at least one of the drawings was of the evil dude. Probably the last one.
