It really is stupid for him not to be there with Chelsea. It's heartbreaking how poorly Days treats Nick/Blake.

It's time to start this thread again. Nick is missing again and I haven't seen anything mentioning him being on. Where is he? I'm missing him.................

I was missing him too. I was so glad to have this character back and now they have gone and ruined him. How unrealistic to have Nick as a killer!!! Dont get me wrong he is doing a great acting job but I hate the direction they have taken him. I guess this will be how he leaves. Very sad. If they were writing Nick off they should have had him make a ton of money with his invention and leave happy.

I can't say "good bye" yet.

I'm already missing him. How sad is Christmas at the Horton's going to be when there are hardly any of them left. What about Nick's ornament, will they hang it, will anybody mention him or care that he's sitting alone in jail despondent and suicidal? Maggie? Chelsea? He's just the forgotten man now.

Dena had him do her dirty work for Trent's murder story, and now she's done with him. How I hate her for giving us false hope of something good for Nick.

I won't watch the Christmas show, it will be too sad.

I agree. I'm still picturing Nick "the Elf". That makes me smile...and my heart break at the same time.

I've been wondering the same thing about the Christmas episode and Nick's ornament. Who will hang it. Will Chelsea be there? Will anyone talk of him? Will anyone visit him? I made a banner with pictures from last year's Christmas episode.

love your banner of Nick the Elf and Chick at Christmas. It's bad enough that they ruined Nick and are sending him off, but having it happen during the holiday season makes it even more heartbreaking. Dumb show, stupid writer.

Now that we know that Blake is leaving next month, I need to know how I can continue to find out what he is up to. I know he is on the IMDB site, but are there other sites that I can check to keep up with him. I'm hoping to see more of our wonderful Blake in the near future.

I hate this show.

Anybody have a comment on today's scenes with Nick and Mel? For me it was just more sadness. Maybe Melanie did forgive him, but she quickly went to annoying when she took his gift and went straight to Phil about it!

Nick just seemed like a zombie to me. He wanted Melanie to have his project and to forgive him, and now that she's come and gone he has nothing left to live for. It's just so hard for me watch Nick so destroyed. Nick had no life in his eyes and the one time he did sort of smile, it seemed like it was a big effort to do it.

Blake as usual was amazing, and even though he wasn't supposed to look good, unshaven and wearing the lovely prison jumpsuit, I still thought he looked good. I have to have something to hold onto while I watch this stuff, so I try to concentrate on how wonderful Blake's acting is, and how cute and hot he still is!

I think Nick's next (and probably last) episode is January 14th.

So, I'm guessing that it's for his hearing? I read where Judge Fitzpatrick will be back for that. If they wanted to get rid of Blake for budget reasons (which I don't buy that) then why not write him off in a good way? Like to take a different teaching job somewhere else or let him become filthy rich from his project and then travel the world. I know, I know, I'm preaching to the choir, so I'll stop.

I've given up on DH and her untalented bunch of cohorts knowing how to write anything good anymore,especially when it comes to Nick.

I have not watched the show since Nick's last appearance. I miss him so much.

Well this is it, Nick/Blake's last day is Wed (Tue up here). It's going to be a very sad and hard episode for me to watch. Oh well, hopefully better things are ahead for Blake and us. I wonder how much we'll actually get to see of Nick. I have a feeling the scenes will be more about other characters and stories that they are trying to push.

I hope Nick gets a few good lines and maybe some hugs from the right people.

I guess I need to just be grateful that because of Days I got to see Blake Berris and be introduced to Nick.

But right now I'm feeling rather bitter.

I know how you feel. I just can't imagine watching this show anymore since I know that I will not see Blake/Nick on my screen.

Tomorrow is Blake's birthday, so a big happy birthday wish goes out to him for a wonderful birthday and a great year. Wouldn't an Emmy be a nice little birthday present?
