Oh, I totally agree. In BILB, they kind of made her a tomboy but she is georgeous! On the TVguide cover and especially the inside pages, that girl looked amazing. I'm really happy that an indian girl like her has made it so big in the entertainment business!

For episode #13012 it says Ray and Gates are sent on a misson because Neela's "FRIENDS" have returned. I am a huge "Reela" fan, and eager to know what it is abou? Especially since Ray and Gates are working together.

I think she's gorgeous as well, but there's one thing: I wish she would stick to the shiny straight hair that she has. I hate how the TPTB have to change it every single ep...I love that hairstyle. It suits her, and I wish they could let her have it for a couple of eps. The hair I'm referring to is in the Thanksgiving ep, I think. The bangs aren't as flattering she has now that I think to her face as they could be...let her have her long, straight hair back like in Breach of Trust

Yeah Parminder Nagra is stunninly beautiful and a very good actress she seems really nice and down to earth . I would definately like to see her character Neela and Shane West's characters on the set to get together too Ray Barnett that would be awesome. I'm sick of it to o of the Tony and Neela romance storyline being shoved down our throats too it's sickening I'm all for Reela.

I had no idea she had been burned as a child and spent 9 months in the hospital! She's come a long way, huh?

Never done this before. I just saw my first greys episode, and it doesn't have a TENTH of the humanity and magnetism of ER. Parminder plays the most interesting character since Benson. The personal growth of her character compels us to tune in for the next experience. She is beautiful, believeable, and portrays a person we can empathasize with, no matter what our origin. I wish she would find a man equal to her, rather than her ex-roomie. He is an underdeveloped lover.

What's so bad with Parminder?

For the votes, it looks really well for Neela as of now. Except, looking at results for other contestants, if Neela has to face against Courtney Cox, that I think will be difficult.

Well, I don't exactly want to start a fight, but writing in caps is showing me an attitude. But lets see, she is an amazing doctor. She is very smart. She has changed. Living with Ray she changed, and she changed Ray. She set Ray on a straight path. She may be acting out right now with Gates, but look, she lost her husband. That has got to be hard for somebody. Another good thing about her is that she would never cheat on Gallant. She had strong feelings for Ray and she knew it. She moved out before she would become an adultress.
