But If Sylar Was A Empath, And Didn't Know It - He Would Be Unstoppable Anyway Because He Would Peter's Powers, Along with Claire's..And Everyone Else's..And He Would Have Eventually Found Out, Sylar Is Evil, But He Is To Smart not To notice That..

It's possible. Sylar's father was a watchmaker initially as well.
Still, Sylar can only copy someone's power after he's killed them, and up until Chandra Saresh showed up and presented his evolution theory to him, Sylar never really had any evil thoughts in him. Just the opposite: he seemed to really like fixing stuff and making things better. If he'd killed his father, he would have had more to show for it than dreams of bigger things, so it's more likely that his original power was Intuitive Aptitude and that he uses it to modify his own brain.
According to to the Heroes Wiki, Sylar can recognize fallacies in systems he is familiar with at only a glance (Chandra's watch, for example), but requires a closer look for unfamiliar subjects (like the human brain). That might mean that, as his number of victims increased, he became more familiar with the brain and more efficient in how he makes changes to it. That might mean that, over time, Sylar will be able to copy another hero's power at only a glance the same way Peter does, but since Sylar is spiteful of other heroes and has turned absolutely homicidal after accidentally killing his mother, the likeliness is that he never will try to work at a glance like that.

I believe we're going to find out that Sylar's father was one of the 12. There are several men in the picture of the 12 who we don't know about. Also, everyone on the show who has an ability seems to have (or have had) a parent who also had an ability (of the parents we've met). This leads me to believe that we're going to meet Sylar's father and one of two obvious things will happen:
- Sylar becomes remorseful for what he's done and joins the good fight, perhaps protecting his father from the 'killer'.
- Sylar acts like Sylar and kills his father to take his power.

Wouldn't it be funny if it was Bob Gray....

I'm thinking it might be Bob. He looks like a geek, wears glasses like Gabriel, and also Nathan conveniently cannot remember his name. I think that was done on purpose for the audience, since they already had to divulge one "daddy" storyline for the time being, in Matt's father.

It could be Bob, but I doubt it. Bob's power is alchemy -- he can turn anything into gold.
Why would someone with that kind of power not only live as a simple watchmaker, but encourage his son to do the same? Sylar grew up as just a poor kid, his mother's greatest dream was for her son to be a businessman -- why would a guy with Bob's power and financial standing have such a miserable family?
Of the Twelve, we only know of Seven: Mr. Linderman, Mr. Petrelli, Mrs. Petrelli, Kaito Nakamura, Charles Deveaux, Mr. Parkman, and Bob. There's still five more members that we still know nothing about. One of them could be Sylar's father. If so, my guess would be that Mr. Gray was opposed to the bomb like Deveaux and chose to break away from them. That would at least explain his life as a poor watchmaker.
Three of the five unidentified members of the Twelve are women, and since Sylar's mother
clearly had no understanding of the Heroes phenomenon until her downfall, Sylar's power could only have come from his father. That means that, if his father is a member of the Twelve, it's one of these two men:

If I had to guess, my money would be on the first one. He's got Sylar's eyebrows.

Let's scale back a little bit...
Let's presume that somewhere around the time of Takezo Kensei, people with special powers existed. I believe we will see through Hiro and maybe "Evolutions" what this was. These people with SP encountered opposition to their power, some were evil, and some were good (not unlike XMEN). People with powers that may have been difficult to control or deadly (Maya, Ted Sprague), were often viewed as a threat, although they never "asked" for these powers. This would not be unlike the Salem Witch Hunt, as people go after people w/SP seeking scape goats, yet have no answers.
In turn, a network of good people w/SP rose up seeking to alter perceptions of those who saw them negatively. This didn't work. This was referenced by Angela or Linderman, when they believed they tried one method and it didn't work, so they would try another method to "heal the planet through Peter an Nathan."
In a way, the current crop of Heroes MAY have been engineered or at least game-planned for, so that they are now part of a bigger plan which is unraveling. If Heroes extends back as far as Kensei, it's entirely possible that more heroes existed, OR, were brought together. This leaves wide open the possibility that many of the powers we see NOW have already been seen, or possibly FOREseen, as someone with similar powers to Isaac could be possible.
I believe, ALL of the Heroes we are viewing are part of the offspring of a network of SP that got together for some common purpose. They are not standing back, letting things unfold, and finding out that their plans MAY not being going as originally planned for...Thus, someone is out to set things straight by offing those who either failed, or aborted their original directives (ala, Hiro's Dad). I have to believe someone bigger and worse is out there than Sylar.
While Sylar's abilities are devastating, without Claire's brain, he is useless and defeatable. However, knowledge is power. Many of the Heroes have not fully explored their abilities. Hiro is one of the most powerful thus far because he WANTS to be a Hero of good. Early on, he couldn't even teleport. Now, he can zip through time and space, steal bows and arrows. Eventually, he will learn to port himself back to his present time line. Matt Parkman probably has a long way to go, as READING minds isn't the only possibility, it may just be an OFFSHOOT of the underlying ability he posses, or a byproduct. Same with Molly, she may be able to find other SP's, and possibly learn to control them. Time will tell. Nikki began controlling Jessica, once she learned to stop separating herself from Jessica.
Since Knowledge is power, it only stands that the original 12, who are of unknown origins and connections, maybe in greater possession of power. If stopping Sylar was the original plot, it would be boring. And if Sylar offing people and growing to be UBER powerful was the plot, this would also be boring, because at some point he will kill everyone, or be killed. A much more powerful line would be to allow Sylar to become good, or at least like Magneto, who is on the fringe of good. I'd even prefer seeing more powerful SP's show up, in which peter and sylar MUST come together as a team.
The minor situations we see week to week only serve to reveal the bigger plot and develop the characters and their allegiances. No side has been chosen, except that all the parents have been very shady, throughout the whole show. Having read the comics, you can see where Dallas Petrelli instilled in Linderman the sense that you have to make hard choices for the greater good (this was when he killed the little girl and prevented Linderman from healing her). It bled over into S1, when Angela and Linderman were working to assist Peter in exploding.
Now...how did they already KNOW Peter would do this? Did they have paintings? Their plot was based on a "nuke" going off, and then Nathan becoming President who "heals the world". This plot couldn't be loosely based on just anyone blowing up or finding a bomb; it had to have been known, or coerced to happen. This leads me to believe a deeper plot is engineered, and we've not yet seen the full storyline or power.
In the show '24', although they've jumped the shark and ruined what power it had, you always see a very minor distraction or situation come up which throws the viewer off from the TRUE plan, and then you find a deeper ultimate plan at hand, which is how the minor one came to fruition. This I believe to be the case with Heroes. Everything going on is a minor teaser to a much more sinister plot. They've done well to present characters which have strengths that will be vital to solving this mystery and saving everyone.
Like I said, I don't know, and can't say. HRG is **** bent on yanking down The Company, but it may turn out that it is largely driven by SP who foresaw the coming of these heroes, just not their choices. When Wireless shut down the satellite, it had a virus installed into it which helped in killing her. How could anyone fathom a satellite having that? What would possess someone to do that, unless they KNEW that the exact person whom would try to take it down, would come along someday and do that?
Maybe the Original 12 were shareholders/founders of this company, hence the picture, which was taken in such a professional manner. Obviously they no longer run it, OR, maybe whomever is the most sinister force behind it has control of it, and out of fear of being hunted and persecuted, those who defected from the COMPANY, sought a different path to bringing it down. If Bob the Gold Maker works for them still, its possible a few more of the original 12 do too, and they are wealthier than anyone can imagine with his gold and time. Hiro's dad said they did horrible things, and with Hiro, he tried to correct his mistakes. This may be possible by way of nurturing and caring for Hiro, by preventing his subjugation to the "plan", and also by sending him on a Journey through time to reverse the past, OR, to make Hiro that much stronger for the future.
I believe it in the capacity of Angela, and the other's, to have allowed the tracking of all the SP's, amongst other misdeeds, such as the execution of SP's who would not cooperate. If they feel they did horrible things, then we need to see what they are to grasp the master plan. Too many allusions to what they did have been made, so we must know this to see there is more to this story line.
All that is going on now is drudging up the bigger plan which spans generations, possibly decades or centuries all the way back to Kensei himself.
