Charles "The Butcher" Walker

Charles Walker is a serial killer who preys on young women. His violent behavior was triggered by his wife's death during childbirth. He then took up the title 'Doctor' and used his fake practice to prey on women in the pioneer days.

Charles Walker is one of Allison's toughest opponents, sending her on wild goose chases and even came close to killing her.

He is a brilliant man, though a twisted one, and played by one of television's greatest actors.

So far, Charles Walker has appeared in 'Penny For Your Thoughts', 'Doctor's Orders' and 'Blood Relations'. Walker has been in every season so far, and here to hoping he appears again...

Mark Sheppard plays the character 'Charles Walker', and is a fantastic actor. He has recently been in Battlestar Galactica as 'Romo Lampkin', and is in Bionic Woman as a regular, 'Anthony Anthros'.

Mark did an amazing job as both Charles Walker and his great grand son ..um Jack (?) walker. I'm not sure why the name seems to be elusive of me right now I have seen that episode likely 10 times at least.

I just really think that he was able to cover a full scope of emotion and it was as easy to suspend my disbelief and be both sympathetic for the characters as it was to be scared and a bit creeped out. Having met Mark it amazes me that he can go to the place of playing Charles Walker. Which just speaks of how great his talent really is.

I know! After 'Blood Relations' when you see his past, you can't help but feel sympathetic at the same time you know he is a serial killer.

Mark is so sweet and kind, it is hard to see him as Walker. Even after meeting Mark, and seeing so much of his work, when I watch him he still draws me in and makes me see only the character.
He is that d*mn good.

Whenever I see Mark in something I always get the same reaction: My god can he act...

Hope he isn't too busy on BW and BSG to do so though...

I dunno. I mean he's filming BSG right now, and he's a regular on BW and season 4 of Medium airs in January so they should be filming right now and we haven't heard anything from him on it.
So if he DOES return it will probably be in season 5 of Medium(if this show has a season 5)

From what Mrs.Ron says, they are halfway done with season four. I have no clue about Bionic Woman.

You also have to remember, the writers are about to go on strike. Which means there will be a looong break in the middle of any seasons filming right now (doesn't matter muich for BSG, a year long hiatus between em anyways...). And they are already ordering up reality shows. Shoot me...

If there was no strike, there is still a chance he could get on Medium for season four. If there is? I have no clue what will happen...



Why can't they just pay the writers?? Greedy basterds...
