I'm a bit of a newbie here, and I was wondering if somebody could tell me how to upload an avatar/icon and signiture. Thanks!

Darth, I think that for some people using IE, avatar and signature updating is not working. I've been told that all the issues have been logged with tech support, but no one at NBC has been able to give an ETA for any fixes.

Thanks for the clarification. Hopefully we'll get an update from TPTB on all these issues soon.

As of today, 15,December,2007, I am still having problems updating avatar and sig.
I am using Internet Explorer 7.0.
I did follow Officionada's link to the F.A.Q. and followed advice there. No luck.
Also I have noticed that Information on View Profile at the top of Page; Is different than the Information I get if I link to View member Profile. Why is that?
I would think that they would be the same page.
What is the Point of the View Profile page if it doesn't show me what other people are going to see when they visit my Profile?

The Story of my life. I have been trying to update my avatar for a week, as soon as I post asking for help and advice; It suddenly works. go figure.

Hi Daniel, typically Firefox will continue to display an image in it's cache instead of downloading a new copy of the image. So if you recently changed your Avatar you'll need to either refresh your screen (F5) when viewing a page that displays your Avatar or clear out the images in your cache so that FF will be forced to download the new image.

I'm not sure what you're referring to about the numbers beside your signature and pics. Maybe you could post a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I am having a similar issue uploading my avatar. I upload it and it continues to be the NBC icon. I have even cleared my cache. Any help?

I'm having trouble uploading my new avatar on the myNBC page, not the boards avatar. I haven't logged in in a long time and my old avatar is not inverting no matter what i try to upload. Help?
