Full Version: How far will they go
NBC > Reality > Deal or No Deal

in their push to have someone win the million dollars? Tonight, 7 cases will have $1 Million in it. What the heck was going thru the minds that came up with this idea? LOL, I'd love to see how far this concept would go if people would continue to take the deal before the last case is opened. Oh, wait! They DID have a million dollar winner! It was a home viewer. That "live" segment went over like a lead balloon. Some audio problem and an older couple that showed very little excitement over winning. Gee, ya think they were told ahead of time, just to make sure they were home? Well, if and when they ever go back to one case holding the million, it will be anti-climatic. This goal of having someone win a million may end up being the downfall of this show.

HAHA!!! Was I the only one who noticed that it was light out during the "live" taping?!?! It was pitch black out here on the West Coast when it aired... I wonder how the sun came out in Conneticut or Colorado or wherever they were from ... duh.... You'd think they would've thought about that before they taped it in day light.

They showed that right at the beginning of the show. It was only a few minute`s long and was live. The couple that won were in Oregon, I believe. Since the show airs at 8 eastern, 7 central, they really couldn't show that live to the west coast viewers. It was 5pm on the west coast, hence you saw daylight. smile.gif

I guess those of us on the West Coast can take small comfort in the fact that even though the East Coast does get more things that are actually live than does the West Coast, the East Coast will quite often have to stay up well past midnight to hear their favorite sports teams when they're on the road and playing against West Coast teams.
