Thumbs Down-Passions Bust a move. In the 10/9 issue, we praised Passions final, fast paced moments on NBC for providing twists that were sure to get the stories off to a great start on Directv. However, when the writers switched channels, it seems as though they pushed the slow-mo button as well. Instead of shaking things up and moving forward, the storytelling has reverted back to a day in Harmony lasting two weeks and Theresa sounding like a broken record. Giving viewer’s action, fresh dialogue and surprising turns worked for the Peacock Network’s final weeks, so why stop now? We are all for the show succeeding on satellite, but if this snail’s pace continues, the soap just might go directly to fail.

Just as we suspected!
I am really glad I haven't put out any money for more of the same sold same old.
It is a pity, because in the final days the writers showed what they really could do...and then let it slide. Too bad.

I think they are going over a lot of past history to bring in new viewers. I have tried to watch other soaps and just couldn't get into the current story lines not knowing the history of the characters. I must say the acting is so much better, I am hoping that they are leading to the outing of Gwen and Rebecca. What is up with the sleepy baby? Are they leading to a baby in crisis and only his big brother can save him?

OOOOh yeah. That's probably what they are up to. Hopefully. Or it's a Devil Baby.
I haven't even read the recaps this week. I find it hard to read the recaps without paragraph breaks. And I can't even copy and print it to paper. And I'm afraid a direct print from the screen would chop off half the words defeating the purpose of printing it in the first place. Sigh. I wish DirectTV would be nicer and share online.

Oh and the ADD REPLY button is STILL not fixed.
