Yikes! Another so-so episode. Who's writing this stuff? Did they use up all the good ideas in the first season? Is the network steering the ship instead of the show creatives?

The only scenes I liked were with Jenna and Dr. Spaceman. Oh, and Don's heart-to-heart with Jack. And Jack's mooching a pickle at the end. And the Ikea furniture model name: blėrg. But that's all... really.

It just makes me appreciate my season one DVD set even more.

I'm a fan of 30 rock but that was a very weak joke from a doctor about how Jenna should consider meth as a way to lose weight. I am shocked that Tina Fey would even think that was in any way humorous or appropriate. I don't speak from experience or know of any one that uses meth but it's obviously a big problem in the U.S.....and so is young women thinking they are overweight. It's a shame when a show hanging on by a thread has to resort to bad judgment and poor taste.

Hi I'm Ross, I'm an Alcolholic, I have been Clean and Sober for 15 years
, I used to love to drink but I was kind of a light weight, but then
I tried Meth, Wow I could drink like a friggin' sailor, Great times,
I was even in a Rock band, By the time I was 27 and found myself
standing at an Off Ramp in Cedar City Utah with a paper sack containing
A shirt a couple of Cassette tapes my Walkman and some dead batteries
I realized that my life had gone in a totally different direction than I
had planned, I am still on the healing path, I take medication, that
helps me from talking out loud about the telepathic conversations I am
having with Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin while in the grocery store, I love
those two because they find all my jokes funny :-) I think they may really be
my Mom and Dad time traveling?? who knows haha "Say nope to

Loved the episode last night mostly because of Will Arnett!
Oh and Liz's tooth falling out of her mouth...hilarious!
Something about Jack made me fall in love with the character last night. He is starting to seem less arrogant...i dont know if thats a good thing.
I didnt get to watch 30 Rock as much last season but im excited to see what the rest of season 2 has in store.

Yay for Episode 2.2!

THAT's what I'm talking about. I'll be glad when I'm able to watch the show when it airs instead of catching it afterwards. (Not this week, but NEXT week). This episode was a lot more fun to watch. From Jack asking Liz to eat a steak while he watches (and being disappointed when she inhales it when he looks away) to Jenna fondly rubbing her new girth like an expecting mother who's just felt the first flutter of life to Devin's devilish plans and eventual defeat ( he's the Red Baron to Jack's Snoopy, I'm guessing. Good.) to "blerg" becoming the 30 ROCK's answer to ACME, I enjoyed watching "Jack Gets in the Game".
I find myself empathizing with Liz quite a lot more than I originally expected I would, though I do want to smack her every so often. Watching her is making it a bit easier to accept and laugh at myself as a flail and slog through my day. I do however wonder about her sanity. I'm guessing the wedding dress retailed for somewhere between $1000.00 and $3000.00 and the blerg desk was maybe $150.00? If you're going to waste the dress like that, better to line the chair with it and at least get some tactile enjoyment from the satin.
And God Bless Kenneth, God Bless him for being a bumpkin instead of a redneck.

I'm having fun. Keep it up 30 ROCK.
See? They don't need no stinkin' Seinfeld.

This episode was like Christmas and my birthday all rolled into one. Alec Baldin in SHORTS! Catching footballs! I was too busy swooning to hear the dialogue. Thank God for VCRs and Rewind buttons, two of the world's greatest technological contributions. Jenna deciding to "keep it" when referring to her new chubbiness. Kenneth trying to be sexy and provocative. The "blerg" furniture. Will Arnett being tackled "like the Greeks." Awesome episode!! Loved it!
