Hey everyone, glad I found this board. Im a huge ER fan. I use to watch all the time, then stopped for a while...prob after season 9 or 10. I have a couple of questions. Hope somebody can help

Where did Carter go?
Did Elizabeth and Ella go back to England or she's still on?
Why doesn't Kerry have the cane anymore? Does she have Henry?
When did Sam and Luka break up and why?
Are Abbby and Luka serious or just together bc of the baby? (love them)
What actually happened to Luka's wife and baby? Have NO clue about any of that!
When did Neela and Gallant get married? I didnt even know those 2 were together.
Why was John Stamos on...who does he play?

I'm so glad to see that someone else has the same questions that I do...I can, however, say that Luka had a wife, a daughter, and a son. They lived in Croatia, really dangerous stuff happening, and there was some kind of a bombing in the apartment where he lived with his family. He was across the street when it happened, so he wasn't hurt, but when he got up to the apartment his son had been crushed under rubble, and his wife was holding his daughter, who stopped breathing. During the hours that he spent performing CPR on her, and calling for help, his wife, Daniella, bled out from her spleen (she had been impaled with something.) He was in medicine in Croatia too.

Kerry had a surgery of hip replacement so now she can walk without the cane. She has Henry with her


When did Sam and Luka break up and why?
They break up at the start of last season. Sam didin`t want to have more kids and she had serius issues with her life

Yea they are serius, they even talked about marriage

My husband and I were watching last nights episode where Kerry saved Lukas job with the whole Clemente thing. My husband and I were disscusing the issue and I say that Clemente's girlfriend's husband was a cop and my husband says he was a mobster, but I can't find anything on the site about the old episodes so I need someone to tell me what it was. Cop husband that shot Clemente & his girlfriend or mobster husband that shot clemente & his girlfriend. If anyone knows the answer please help me out.

I would love to see Sherry Stringfield come back. She has always been a favorite of mine. Maybe she couuld come back as a new doctor, or even possibly for a visit.

I remember reading somewhere last year that the people behind ER were asking George Clooney to do a few episode of ER. Stating they made him a household name, so he owes them one, and were in the works to try and get him to do like 3 episodes guest appearances.

I remember talking to a friend about this, and she said no no no, because it would not feel right having someone from the past come back on the show.

I really enjoyed Doug Ross character and Erik Palladino.

I would think it would be pretty cool to have Erik come back to the ER more experienced as a doctor? What do all of you think? Maybe like a Deb Chen come back, as she came back more experienced and for a longer period the second time round?

If a past character who did not die on the show could come back, who would you suggest they try bring back? I hope the season ER ends.... hopefully main main years from now, they work on trying to bring as many as the past charaters back, at like one of those classic American type episodes, like Country General is closing down, or turns 100, so all the old docs come in and celebrate its success?

Susan was a great character, I was waiting for them to bring back her crazy sister again, but looks like thats not going to happen.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE George to come back for a while. On the last eppi of Will and Grace they were watching ER and talking about how much better the show is now that George came back. Maybe that was a hint that they may bring him back for a while lol.

No-one who works at County General even knows who he is, except for Weaver, and I don't think she really cares about him coming back.

The only way it would work is if they do an episode together with Carter, since he's the only one who knows who Ross is. He is supposed to do a few more epi's this season, so who knows

From what i did hear it was suppose to be like a Carol and Doug visit with the kids.

I know Julia was interested but George had to come as well.

There are loads of characters still on the show who knows who Carol and Doug were

Jerry, Halay, Weaver, Anspar to name just a few.

I know Luka and Abby were on the show when Carol was on, Luka still had something with Carol if I remember correctly?

I would think the writers would make up a good story line if they did come back, something like how they always make up good stories for guest appearances of major actors.

Yeah, if Carol and Doug come back together for a guest appearance that might work, especially because Luka and Carol have a history (i.e. they somewhat dated).

It's true that there are still a few people around that know Doug, but none of the main cast members know them, which is a shame really. I would've loved to see a re-union between Doug and Mark or Doug and Carter (although they weren't that close really).

But you're probably right, the writers will think of a good story, and let's face it, having a guest appearance of George Clooney and maybe even Julia Margulies can never be bad

The rumor of GC/JM returning has been circulating for several years.....beginning with the death of Mark Greene. They didn't show up for that, so it is doubtful that either actor will grace the show with a guest appearance.

I think its stupid they did not come back when he died. They where his best friends and they did not even go to his funeral. Carter should come back becuase he is the ****.

can someone help me to figure out when the episode aired about the old professor that had, I think, parkinson's. It had flash backs of the progression of the disease. When he came in as a patient he was in a wheelchair that was controlled by his breath.

I watch the show from Turkey, where we are several seasons behind the US.

I remember one episode where interns or doctors are interviewed by the ER staff for admission. The applicants were asked the question "why did you chose medicine" or something of the sort, and all of them replies "helping people"

Does anyone remember which episode this happened in. It must be from one of the old seasons.

The episode in question is from Season 7; "A Walk in the Woods"......Drs. Romano, Coburn, and Benton were all sitting on the Med School Admission Committee, interviewing prospective candidates.

This episode also dealt with Greene's competency review, Weaver's evening with Kim Legaspi and her friends, and Bishop Stewart's worsening condition.

I don't know but I thought I saw him in a preview for this season during the summer, they may have been just showing back clips, I sure hope he returns or at least they have another episode or two in Sudan (thats where Dr. Carter is right?)

I dont particularly care for the africa episodes, cant Carter just come back to County, and say Kem left him? No... he has way to much pride.

I know the Africa episodes are very informational, but I find them very boring, and I dont particularly care what Carter does anymore.

I agree with you on that. They're not that bad, on the boring front, they're just overly PSA. We got it the first time, we don't need to constantly see that. The actors left the show for a reason, stop with the they havne't really left, they want back on but not as a regular cast memeber.

He's actually in Darfur. I personally don't care much if he comes back since he was a jerk with Abby, but I believe he's one of the main characters, one of the very first ones. They might put him in several epis to meet baby Joe...ha

Darfur is in the Sudan. I heard 4 episodes this season and I think he will come back to Chicago in the 4th and go work with peter or something.

I've been watching ER since the beginning.... Last year, I might have missed an episode or two (figured I'd pick them up on TNT), and all of a sudden Dr. Lewis is not on the show. last I remembered, she had a baby, her ENT hubby stayed home to care for the baby, then nothing. I tried looking at all the episode summaries and can't pinpoint a storyline where she leaves...... Always liked her character... did she even say goodbye?

No. she left between "The show must go on" and "Cannon City". One of the Nurses says she left becuase she got offered tenure in Iowa.

Hello everyone. I am new to this board. I have been watching ER for years. Almost since it has been on. Anyway, I have an episode question. There was an episode from I think season 11. It was the season Abby was doing her psych rotation. She was helping with a patient who was speaking an unknown language. None of the other doctors knew what he was saying or the language he was speaking. Abby listened to him and replied in the same langauge. She then told the others that he was speaking Vulcan. (It may have been Klingon, but I am sure it was Vulcan.) What episode was this? It has been bothering me for awhile. Help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I was a fan of Dr. Susan Lewis and was very happy when she returned to ER.

There are so many other characters being introduced and stuff that I had forgotten about
her. I remember the episode when she left.

Hi. I was wondering if anyone has ever said anything about Dr Ross and Carol Hathaway....???? I've seen straight thru the episode of Mark's funeral. I like to think they were both there, married, happy with the girls..... What's been happening since?

Question - anyone recall when Paul Sobrecki (sp?) went psycho, killing Lucy and almost offing Carter? My hubby is a big fan of Numb3rs and I'm weirded out every time I watch it.....for some reason I keep seeing David Krumholtz as the headcase in the ER. I realize he's an actor, but I suppose being such a fan of the show, I tend to personalize the characters as real.

I remember the very first season, and the excitement every thursday night (I think)...I even started studying medicine, really wanting the experience like that in the show, I remember the episodes in the early days and remember having potluck dinners with fellow students every night that we would watch the new episodes...again, great memories!!!! I love when they shoot scenes in town, it makes me miss it there so much. That city is magic.
