Rarely have I ever had this much fun watching television. You are a charming and talented cast and must have very clever writers, as each episode has the perfect mixture of action, laughs and heart. I am a writer myself and it is this sort of quality that I hope to achieve.
With other good shows getting the axe prematurely, I can only hope the magic numbers are right and the show continues for a very long time. If life prooves unfair and quality proves futile, thanks for the wonderful hours of entertainment !

I agree, the only reason I bother with TV at this stage in my life is to tune into Chuck, Monday nights at 8pm EST. Frankly, it's the only show worth my time and effort to be signing up to a forum for it

Not something I usually do.
The plot thickens and the cliffhangers are madning but I love it. Great show all together. Laughter, action, drama, romance, suspense... it's enjoyment because it relates so well to anyone that's a little on the nerdy side. And the cast is a goodlooking one for sure...dang!

Fully agreed from my side. Everyone who makes "Chuck" happen. Josh Schwartz (producer/director), Chris fedak (creator), Patrick Rush (casting director), Alexander patsavas (music co-ordinator) and the whole cast, You all must be geniuses because "Chuck" really is a awesome show! Congrats!

To avoid redundancy, I too agree with you. I hope that CHUCK has gained traction and NBC will allow the show to develop and continue for years to come. I am a huge fan of 24, Lost and other A-list shows, however I never get enough of Chuck, Sarah and Morgan. I've never posted before and only hope that online traffic on these message boards supports the Neilsen ratings.

Chuck is the most entertaining show I have watched in years! The characters are so original, yet it is easy to buy into.
Kudos to the person who selects the tv backgrounds - the background is as entertaining as the show. I was delighted to see the background tv shot in this week's episode showing African Wild Dogs - an endangered species with less than 4,500 remaining in the world.

This is my favorite show! If there is one show that I plan around and make time for every week...it's Chuck! Thank you for this smart, bond-like, romantic comedy. Nerds or not, LOVE IT! Please, don't let it get swept under the carpet with this writers strike. You have so many fans! It's a hot topic.

The show Chuck is very entertaining!! Because of schedule conflicts, I actually can't watch on Monday nights but I don't miss an episode and catch back up by watching on the internet.
Chuck has everything from comedy, action, drama, and romance. It's a one-stop shop for every genre, which is why I think it's so fun to watch.
I know the writers strike is starting to get some people worried about shows being canceled. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE NBC and producers of Chuck, don't let this show go off the air!!! I haven't attempted to be as faithful to a show since Friends went off the air. Especially since the cliffhangers at the end of the shows leave you anxious for next week to see what happens next!

I wholeheartedly second, third, and fourth everything said above. This is the one show on television that I truly look forward to each week. The cast is spectacular, the writing sharp and engaging, and the backstory gets better and better.
You've GOT to keep this jewel on the air, NBC. Please. This one is a keeper.

I just love this show. I admit, I was skeptical at first, but fell head over heals for the cast! With being bombarded with tons of crappy reality shows that wont go away, this is a delightful change. Chuck is a show we can sit down and watch as a family and all enjoy! I go to bed very early due to my work hours, but Chuck is a must on Monday nites!
Keep up the good work! Thanks for the great show!

Love the cast. Each of them plays their parts so well.
Cannot describe how impressed I am with Z. Levi. Great timing, delivery, and finds a way to capture the right facial expression in every scene. He lends a real charisma to Chuck's character that is critical.
Yvonne is also doing a terrific job. Sarah is a real challenge: how do you develop the character of a spy who has a terrific poker face but doesn't have any confidantes? I love that she can be a kick-*** spy one minute and completely vulnerable the next, and having us (well, me) buying both.
I feel like there is untapped potential in Casey's character, but that's writing. Couldn't imagine the show with a more vanilla agent as Sarah's partner; he's a great balance to Sarah.
The other characters are all beautifully cast and acted as well. Ellie, Morgan, Awesome, and the Buy More crew all have surprising depth this early for the amount screen time they get.
Love the cast. Great job by all of them!

Okay... I'm a TV writer, I know how all the bells and whistles work -- and yet, I have to say that out of all the new shows this season, Chuck has managed to catch my attention, keep me engaged and, most importantly, keep surprising the **** out of me. Despite the simple premise -- undercover spy works at Best Buy clone -- the show has been anything but simple, because the characters are so strongly written, have such definite needs, and the writers and producers keep playing volleyball with our emotions in every episode. (Unlike a certain other show, in which a Mall Big Store employee has an outside job, Chuck has not told the same story in every episode. Hardly -- this show has a major arc to it. Kudos.)
The last three episodes in particular have been grand slams -- Bryce saved Chuck by betraying him, Chuck and Sara have no future -- but she was lying. Chuck and Sara get back together after the fear of death. Then Bryce returns. I cannot wait to see what plays out after the revelation that Bryce, alive, has been smuggled back to LA, and Sara knows it. It's Melrose Place meets Alias -- except that we're rooting for everyone.
Although I'm a WGA member, I'm hoping the strike will be short for one reason -- so NBC's best show can keep up with the new episodes, and kick *** in the back nine. And there's not a wrong note here. From story and writing to actors to directors, Chuck rocks. (Note to the cast: Love you guys. Every one of you is pitch-perfect in your role, and you help make the show by making the brilliant words of the writers come alive.) My only complaint is that it's on Monday night, the only night I'm not home, so I have to watch online.
Otherwise -- this is the best broadcast show in ages. Action combined with characters I care about and love. Funny and touching; flashy and deep. The perfect 43 minute escape. Thank you for keeping it on the air.

lol, I wrote a thank you post on the blog page before I came across this one, but I will reiterate, Thank you to everyone. As bizarre as the concept of the show is (seriously, great job with originality here) everything feels so real and connected. I once had a professor who said (I am paraphrasing but here's the gist) that a good movie or show will make you forget about the need for a suspension of disbelief. This show is so well done all the way down the line acting, writing, direction, cinematography etc etc, that when I sit and think about the show in these terms I honestly don't even walk away with the thought of having to forget about the suspension of disbelief, i don't think there is a need for it at all. That's my awkward two cents...Thank you guys. :)

I don't watch TV - well I didn't until seeing something about the show on a different website. I jumped into Chuck around episode 8, then after watching it (Online here at NBC no less - cool feature!), I started buying episodes through Amazon.
Thanks. Thanks to the actors, writers, producers, and everyone else who is working on this show. I can't quite put my finger on why I like it, other than I find I smile alot more now than I did before.
Thank you.

I have never been sooooo in love with a show and cast! The characters are so well developed and written, the plots of each episode are downright amazing! I'm so addicted to the show! I usually dislike modays, but with Chuck on, I love Mondays! I can't wait till each next episode! I try very hard to watch every episode- and I'm doing a good job so far! Congrats on the FULL SEASON!!! Yay, I hope this show goes on for years!

P.S. I love The Office too, but I'm upset that production was shut down because of the strike

Chuck is perhaps the most entertaining show I have ever watched in my life. No show has blended perfect chemistry, brilliant screenwriting, spectacular humor, mindblowing plot twists, and extraordinary acting at this level yet.
Chuck sets a new standard for any primetime drama, although I doubt that any show will try to capture the same magic this crew has conveyed. I am also a fan of Heroes, but with my insane lack of free time, the only show I ever cared to follow every single Monday every single week is Chuck. It just makes me feel good, and is very likely the best show on TV at this moment.
I really don't know even with a writer's strike how you were able to keep stunning the viewers breathless with perfectly timed, sensational plot twists and flawless plots that constantly keep the intriguing story moving forward.
The show is simple, doesn't need to take itself overly seriously, and yet remains unbelievable.
So like everyone before me already stated....THANK YOU!!!

This show is a combination of lucky serendipity (chemistry, etc) and extremely good craftsmanship. I can tell that every cast member, every techie, every writer (sigh!) is into it and putting their best into every scene. Interviews have shown cast members to be genuinely nice people, something we are all really aching for in this day of Hollywood dysfunction. Levi and Gomez come across as real friends and extremely likable people. Baldwin, the iconic tough guy w/ the dry sense of humor, is obviously very appreciative and genuine. I think we all really need to have some place to go in our fantasy world of entertainment where the good guys are really good and we identify w/ the characters played. Lets face it, most of us are more like Chuck and the other characters than we are the messed up mega stars that we see on the screen. These characters are not only believable, but we see ourselves in them. And it gives us a chance see the beauty and humor in our lives.
Bravo to the entire cast and crew or this simple and beautifully done show. It stays w/ us. It works. It is genuine and good and it is the best!

I love Chuck because of the acting and plots are most lifelike. I am sadden that NBC decide to continue to carry episodes of Chuck and not my two other shows, Bionic Woman and Journeyman. I was devestated when NBC canceled my all time favorite show. Being a life time NBC fan (I watch no other networks amazingly!) I was extremely worried about what would take its place. I would say that Chuck is the PERFECT choice! Chuck is an extremely funny character with a great sense of humor. Sarah has the whole spy thing on her side along with killer looks and a great body. Who wouldn't fall in love with a hot woman who can kick some butt at the same time? Casey with his hard attitude and intolerance for Chuck makes it all even better! Not to mention the rest of the cast! The writing, the music, it is all perfect and just what NBC needed, and myself as well! Everyone has done such a great job making this the best show I've seen on TV in years. I thank them all for everything they've done to make Chuck succeed! Keep up the great work!!

CHUCK is an incredible show that has the perfect amount of action, suspense, comedy, and hints of romance. I hope that it is here to stay for at least the next decade. WOW. Strike is over. Hurrah. Chuck is coming back. And thanks NBC, for bringing back Chuck for a second season. Love the show. It has everything, a wonderful sister, a possible romance, crazy and loyal friends, and a fantasy spy story thrown in. Chuck is sexy in a sweet way. And the stories are so much fun. It's like James Bond meets Super Geek. Zachary Levi has wonderful comedic timing.
So, please don't stop writing those funny scripts.
