Nely is on the board of directors; she is not compensated.

She sure didn't do herself any good by sucking up to Omarosa tonight. I had quite a bit of respect for her until I saw that.

She is savvy, smart and has vast experience in both business and media environments! Nely I predict will come out the winner! As for nely and Omarosa....Nely is giving her her props. That's all....

I didn't know anything about his woman and was puzzled why they picked her? I still don't know much about her, but she sounds like a savy business woman, expect for outwardly friendly response to omarosa. I think anytime your nice to that woman it comes back to bit you

This Nelly Galan is the biggest phoney on TV. She says she is the Latino Ent. Queen. What a joke she speaks bad Spanish and sounds like she is from Jersey. She is not a celebrity so there must be some other way she got on the show- She is scary looking , those fish lips just make her look like a cartoon character. She is a bitchy Diva and makes Omarosa seem likeable. I hope she gets fired first . I can't stand looking at her and as a Latino woman I think she is an embarrassment to our community. Please someone say _You're fired!!!!! Go and get a make over on The next Swan series.

Padre who??? A following amongst who??? this woman is as much a celebrity as I am. All she is going to become famous for are her fish lips and being even more unpopular than Omarossa!!!!! I've seen her so called productions and they are trashy, badly written and produced. Its as though she believes that her Spanish speaking audience are all a bunch of illiterates who don't know when they are being given bad programming.She is more like a Latino Tyrant than a Queen as she thinks Latinos are all below her and they deserve to be talked down to. I think she's completely not right for this show and for american tv. I'm sorry what works in mexico television won't work here. She had a chance to step it up and she let her team down horriblely

Aside from Nely & Ivanka looking like the Ladies on the show i'd ask out,
it looks like Nely will be the one to come out ahead of the other ladies
on the show!

Definitely, it's obviously transparent now after not firing this one which was the main fault of the task failure, trump is just playing to the producers.

She should have been fired last night. Gene just couldn't keep quiet.

I was so hoping that Nely would of gotten the boot last night. The only things bigger than her ego are her over botoxed lips!! "I didn't think Gene had that much respect for me", "I'm a star", "I have friends & contacts". Gene didn't have respect for you, Gene just wanted out and he knew you'd be fired if he brought you in. As for being a star, half of us who watch the show never heard of you before the Apprentice - you are a personality, not a star. Your friends and contacts couldn't even be bothered to get there on time for you. No wonder Marilu said she, Omorosa and Nely work well together, it's because no one thinks more highly of them than they do of themselves!!

Without expanding on the observations about her obviously ill-conceived cosmetic surgeries - I am totally underwhelmed with this self-proclaimed "star".

She has failed to produce with her (extensive?) black book, talked when she should have listened (twice if you recall) and failed to produce in her own medium - a simple 30 second P.S.A.

I agree with you Sarah. Marilu is very overrated. The only reason she is still there is because she pretty much is the only "name" talent on the woman's side. She has played a major roll in each of the tasks and the women have not won one of them.

I also agree that O did nothing on this task and that New York traffic is terrible, but, if Nely's "latinas" really had her back, as she claims they do, they wouldn't of waited until the last minute to try to get there. These people are New Yorkers, they know how hard it is to get around in the city. I really think Trump can see that the only reason Nely is on the show is to promote herself and that's why he's not to thrilled with her.

I work in the city Sarah and sometimes I leave my house 2 hours early for just a 45 minute train ride, because on any given day anything can happen to slow you down.

Trump couldn't really get any A list celebrities. The contestants have to be celebrities who don't have much going on right now or else they wouldn't be able to devote the time needed to see the show thru to the end. I'm curious as to what he's going to do with the winner. I doubt he'd offer them a spot in his organization.

The winner gets $250,000.00 for their charity...and not a job!

I have no idea who this Nely Galan is. I heard she produced some crappy show called The Swan where they took low-self esteem girls and made them look like hookers. I am on facebook and I joined a group about the Apprentice. Nely's so called daughters Amanda and Abby are on there and let me tell you, they have no respect for no one. I bet Nely is proud with the disgusting language that has come out of their mouths especially Amanda. She has called other members as well as myself some pretty nasty names. Amanda says she knows who is gonna win this week and has told me so and she also says she knows what is gonna happen with the out some of this show. If these girls are her daughters then I think instead of talking so damn much in boardrooms she needs to have a sit down and talk to them about respect for others.

Trace came out of the recording studio finishing up an album to be able to go in and participate in order to help his charity, FAAN, due to his daughter's food allergies.

Trace is a big country star, I didn't mean to imply he's not. I guess it was lucky for him that he wasn't touring at the time the Apprentice was taping. I'm a NY girl, but a country fan. I've even been to Fan Fair!! I have food allergies too, suffered for quite a long time before I was properly diagnosed, so I think what Trace is doing to advance awareness of the situation is a great thing!!

They say they are her Step-Daughters. I don't believe them but this Nely chick has come on to defend what this Amanda broad was saying. I don't really think it was Nely but who really knows. And she never did come out and say that Amanda was her daughter or anything. All I know is that Nely has to go. She is so boring to watch. She says she has all these great contacts, well where the heck are they?

I just finished tonights episode. Oh, I think nely is just terrible at this game. I didn't like her from the start. I love the way trump told her an Omarosa off. She only fights though when she seems to be on the chopping block. Why she said she trusted Omarosa more than anyone else I have no idea.

Actually I must admit I can't believe Nely who has run company can not be of anymore helpfeulness. Its just odd that she can not see that last night the ladies were just not that creative. I have found this odd the whole time the show has been on.

I did agree with this firing. I have nothing against her, I just don't think that she is the type of person that DT looks for.

I can see why Trump & Burnett wanted to dump Nely - She's painful to watch. What I can't see is why he's hanging on to Omarosa.

I realize that DT isn't hiring this person but is isn't going to donate all that money to a person unless he/she meets his stanards. Sorry i should have clarified what i was saying

I agree, Nely was this top notch producer....what happened? She didnt impress me one bit. On the other hand Omarosa is missing "It" and may never achieve "It". Its hard to imagine Omarosa leading a top notch team or company when she isnt very creative, oses not inspire loyalty, spues childish remarks, dumps her drink over someones head...etc. No over abundance of class there....but then again it would make for boring TV without it.

The world is full of people who are good sometimes and not-so-good other times. Why is this surprising? I've also known many people in positions denoting some level of success who just weren't very good at what they do but were well-regarded by others around them. Sometimes for their personalities, sometimes because they were good at BS, sometimes because they lucked out with a good support team who were really responsible for all the success. I know nothing about Nely, so I don't know what her situation is. But it is clear that she has not performed well on this program. Maybe the tasks did not inspire her. Maybe they were not quite tuned to her strengths.

He's keeping her for the conflict. He enjoys that or he wouldn't have brought her back for this show. She'll never make it as a celeb. She's so full of herself it's pathetic. Even real celebs make fun of her. She's so egocentric she can't see it. For us normal folks, we'd be too embarrassed to show our faces.

she had a very valid point...gene saved her because he believed in her leadership....he put his neck on the line for her....that is HUGE....you dont protect the losers in business....

and she is never called in the boardroom, obviously her team wants and needs her abilities or she would have been there more often....so she has her management and team's support...

the big D. focuses on...i wanted to keep Gene over you....but her flapping was the final blow....even though she was right on the money, the male pride was bruised....and down she went...after all, the man is the boss....had this not been tv, i wonder if his decision would have been the same?!?!?

we all know omorosa should have went based on her bad decisions alone...but good tv is good tv...and piers and omorosa duking it out is much more entertaining than nely making good business decisions...business can be boring, especially when things go smoothly...

To my recollection she attempted to impress everyone with her past accomplishments and legendary "rock star" (her words, not mine) status. Then failed at her assigned task.

She should have been gone before, but between George (who provided the perfect excuse for Donald) and Nelly's lack of judgement in the boardroom (not knowing when to stop talking) she provided a scape goat for Donald this week

I can't say I'm sorry to see her leave, but it should have been Omorosa.

this show taught me one thing.. everything is different this time around.. NO ONE pointed out anything bad about omarosa.. nelly was the only one saying how much she trusts her and then omarosa throws her under the bus!! I was like omg seriously?? No one mentioned how stubborn she is and how she doesn't listen to anyone.. Also, AGAIN, for the third time she should have been fired.. makes me wonder if she isn't sleeping with the boss.. The only other thing I can think of is he's holding on to her for the drama ratings.. Other than that, it's weird..

Nelly should not have been fired and would not have on classic apprentice. Mr. Trump talked about her "History" and had to take the past into consideration. If I were Nelly I would have said he was right and so based on that Omarosa is on her SECOND failure due to her SECOND bad decision. Both times she set the direction of the project on the wrong track. That kind of history is hard to ignor.

Perhaps she DID bring that up but that would have made it VERY hard for Donald to keep Omarosa for future entertainment value. Perhaps it was edited out. I find it hard to believe it was not mentioned but again it never shows up in the boardroom we see.

James Sun says in his blog that the actual board room can go on for hours but on the tv show it is just minutes. You know there must be a LOT of stuff that is cut out.
