I guess I will grudgingly admit that for the 10 seconds in the wedding scenes when she wasn't crying, she was somewhat pretty.

Why do people hate her? Is it cause she kills innocent people, cries a lot, breaks immigration laws, doesn't bathe - and/or happens to be both hot and the first woman to survive more than two seconds with Sylar? (I'm guessing it's mainly females that don't like her - and volunteer border patrolmen...)

All she does is cry. All she does is expect Alejandro to take care of her. She's whiny. And wussy.

It has nothing to do with killing people, breaking laws or anything like that. She's tiresome.

I want to like new characters, but I can't like her. She doesn't do anything.

I just figured with all the gushy posts/threads/sigs/avatars/screenames about Sylar (i.e. "so what if he's a cold-blooded psycho mommy and kid killer - he is sooo hawt!!1!!...") there could be some fans of the show's most physically attractive female (IMO ) - despite her character's flaws... Guess I was wrong? Or maybe guys just don't usually participate in threads like this. (I was only inspired to start this thread because I love Fender Strats - the guitar she's holding in the pic - and thought it was sexy x100 that she's nude with one )

Honestly...I'd be fine with her if she did something besides cry and advertise the Rogue. If they would actually bring her into the freakin' story at some point. Right now she's just eating up valuable screentime that they could be using to show Parkman...or Nathan...or well...anybody else. They just don't do anything and it's boring.

It's not her character that bothers me...it's her storyline (or lack thereof).

But she hasn't even been on the show in like three weeks, so she's not really eating anyone's screen time. Maybe I just like naive drama queens (especially when they caress my guitar - in their birthday suits or fully clothed)

I think she's very hot. But then I'm a bit of a sucker for anything Mexican/Spanish...

I'm actually crossing my fingers that something physical is going to happen between her and Sylar (and I don't mean him taking her brain ) - I think that will be possibly the sexiest thing on TV this year

I'm not all that fond of her character (although, I will allow plenty of time for her to redeem herself), but the actress is extremely gorgeous. She's skinny, she has big boobs (I guess I should have listed that one first!), she has a pretty face, and a beautiful skin color.

So, I appreciate her too (I am in no way bisexual, but I'm allowed to appreciate, right?)

It's just a push up bra or she got some new hooters, brainchick. Cause I saw her in person(up close) last May at the Golden Gate Bridge for X3! And yes, I wanted to see if mine were bigger or hers.jk.

At least one Sylar fan can appreciate her hotness - his fans seem to be the ones that hate her the most. I also think the character sucks, but I want her to stick around at least until they come up with an excuse to get her in a hot tub or something!

Its funny, I hang out in the HoS(hotness of Sylar) thread and we usually dont' talk about Maya that much. It seems like the non-sylar fans dislike her the most. IMO anyway.

I love Maya! But whyyyy all the sexy pictures of Dania Ramirez? I mean, she's not at all like that on Heroes, she's much more real. Yeah....she's fine. I don't have a problem with the actress at all. I just hate the character. Maybe she can redeem herself in Volume 3 but we'll just have to wait and see.
