Full Version: Adam better stay
NBC > Primetime > Heroes > General Heroes Discussion

The earliest we see the oft occurring Godsend symbol is with Adam/Kensei in ancient Japan. Now it is EVERYWHERE! Paintings, comics, buildings, important papers, even on heroes themselves. Those occurrences coupled with the fact Adam has survived for 400 years lead me to certain beliefs. Adam is a much larger player in the present than they have allowed us to see. The man has 400 years of knowledge and has had the time to find other heroes, start companies, and in short, shape the events that have led to the present. I for one hope that he stays with the series for a while so we can learn about the missing 400 years of his life. There has to be an insane amount of creative storylines during that timespan.

Agree!!! I want Adam back and I hope that it's not just in flashbacks, I really hope he's able to escape and inflict some serious revenge. And I hope we do have some flashbacks of his life of 400 years.

It would be nice to find out what Adam had been up to all those years, but seems unlikely that someone will be able to find him in Japan 6-feet under. The only way I see him getting out is a supporter of Adam, if any still exist, gets a hold of Molly and forces her locate his.

The burying alive of Adam seems to me like just a convenient way to leave the door open for him to come back. Sort of like a villain tying Batman and Robin to a giant ice cube that will melt and cause them to be impaled on spikes or something...it's just a stupid ruse so our heroes can have a dramatic escape. If Hero really wanted to put Adam out of commission permanently, he could have just frozen time and whacked his head off. Adam will be back.

yes and no...it does leave him alive to be brought back, but it is a bada** way for Hiro to make him suffer. Killing him would have let him off to easily.

It goes much deeper-- but probably not much deeper than 6 feet tongue.gif

Actually, I think Adam would technically eventually die from no oxygen, but then come back when dug up. But if he were dead in the ground, then Molly's power shouldn't be able to find him, right?

I have to agree, though; his being burried alive leaves the door for him to come back-- pending fan feed back and negotations with David Anders, of course tongue.gif
