Sundance starts tonight...so look for news, reviews & pics of our boys. Bottle Shock screens for the first time tomorrow night and Perry's movie, Birds of America, starts next week.

From the press kit for Bottle Shock comments by the director, Randall Miller:

"Bradley Whitford plays Professor Saunders, a man of many big words. “Jody and I were convinced that Bradley was the only actor for this role. Jody would not let him say no,” says Miller. Pine and Taylor were tremendously excited to work with Whitford whose talent they so admired. And Whitford had so much fun with the character. Says Miller, “He had the whole crew cracking up. He is just as funny between takes as he is on camera.”
“Funnier,” corrects Savin."

Anybody know if this film - "Bottle Shock" - got picked up for wider distribution? I haven't read anything about it (besides here) and Studio 60 made me a big enough fan of Bradley Whitford that I'd go see it, give the chance...

The movie looks fantastic, but Brad's part is quite small. When I realized he must have still been finishing Burn Up and not coming stateside I stopped following Sundance this year. The movie's website hasn't been updated.

On the other hand there are some clips on the net of Perry and his friend doing interviews.
