Haven't seen the show you mentioned.

It's on Nickelodeon; it's animated, but don't let that scare you off. It's actually quite complex with good characters and an interesting storyline. They're in season 3 right now, but we haven't quite finished season 1. We have S1 and S2 on DVD, so we'll just wait until S3 comes out on DVD to catch up.

I bought S1 of A-Team for Mr. PL on DVD for Christmas. I didn't watch the show the first time around so it'll be fun to watch it.

Hmmm...well then I guess I might have to give it another week.



I loved the A-team when I was a kid! I had a crush on Face. I also loved Magnum, MacGuyver, Simon and Simon, Knight Rider, Hunter, and Miami Vice! 80s TV was AWESOME!!!

I remember Magnum, MacGuyver, Simon and Simon, but I don't remember watching Knight Rider, Hunter or Miami Vice. My parents must've been really picky. I remember Hardcastle and McCormick, Remington Steele, Scarecrow and Mrs. King too. Oh Dukes of Hazzard too. I vaguely remember Airwolf, but hadn't really seen it until Mr. PL made me watch it.

The Mythbusters are supposed to be doing a MacGuyver special, but it hasn't aired yet.

Has anyone heard if TSCC is gonna make it? I'm getting worried.

From what I've heard it is doing pretty well for a mid season replacement so it should make it. Did you watch it last night? DANG!!!! That was wild. I think the machines have done something to his head and he doesn't know it. With the strike they probably don't have time to do a full pilot season so some of the shows that ordinarily would have gotten the axe might get more time to prove themselves.


As for Heroes, even though I hate it's not coming back....it's probably the best decision to hold it til fall considering how involved it is and considering all the issues with Volume 2. I mean, if they rush it, it will end up with another mess. This way they have lots of time to plot it out just right and it should be an awesome season!

Still, it's gonna be a LONG, HARD wait. You can thank the writers for that.

I saw the premiere of Dexter. I love the show, but it sux because I started with season 2 on Showtime and saw all of it. So I know what happens this season. Oh well. I guess I can treat it like a prequel or something.

By the way, for anyone interested...I have heard rumors that Supernatural may not get picked up for next season, because it is getting massacred in the the ratings...especially now that it's on opposite both Lost and the Celebrity Apprentice. So....for Supernatural fans...let's pray that they keep it for another season and just move it to a different night so it has a better chance of surviving!

What drives me crazy is when an person uses the word an and a incorrectly, but it's always a honest mistake for words beginning with an h. Or, people that are just way overly excessive, I mean, in their use of commas. Another thing is when people make a statement that ends in you know, you know? It's like, is it a statement or a question? But to answer about the adverb, it is an adjective of a verb. Right? Wait! Does that mean an adjective is a adverb of an noun?

It was posted in GD in their shows get cancelled, will they come back to heroes....but I think that poster had an axe to grind. They didn't have any hard facts. Just said TSCC was doing bad....so when it gets cancelled will Zach come back to Heroes....then went on about Reaper and Candice (I've never seen Reaper) . Like I said....I don't know about the spin on that story as they didn't provide any stats.

You certainly have a grasp of the English language. I guess you just said "no" to a lesson from me and/or BC. Too bad for you. Don't get me started on ending sentences with prepositions, the correct use of "a" or "an," spelling, chatspeak, 1337speak, or one-word sentences. My big pet peeve is the use of commas; I spend my time yelling at the TV because they don't use commas properly. I even spotted a typo in a ticker in the other day. I better stop now before I start diagramming sentences....

Fox will keep it; I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I forgot one thing I wanted to mention...since I was watching some NCIS eps last night. There is something that frustrates me a little.

I want to give a shout out to NCIS because it is the only show that holds its rating opposite American Idol. It is in the Top Twenty of the Nielsens almost every single week for the past couple of years (even the reruns) and even in reruns it beats out most of the hyped shows (including....yes it's true...Heroes). AND that is in its 5th season!

First run episodes get about 18-20 million viewers and reruns get 12-16 million. That is a success in the modern TV landscape. Sadly, CBS does very little to promote it. It rarely gets mentioned in any articles except when TV Guide occasionally throws it a bone. CBS never runs promos for NCIS except for an hour before it comes on and then it's just a quick one wrapped up with The Unit. It is the underappreciated little workhorse (like Parkman ). CBS treats it very shabbily.


LOVE FOR NCIS!!! (and for anyone who has never seen it..yes it's a procedural crime drama but it isn't like the CSIs or Law and Order...it is much more character centric and fun and it's great....give it a try.)

Anyway, so without reading any of the previous post, I posted something goofy. I think I said Sylar is sooo hot or something. Well, BC found it funny at first. But then I was called a troll by a younger girl. Then everyone became sceptical thinking I was trying to start something. But now everything is good. They now know that Sylar is one of my fav characters. Some are still sceptical though lol.
