I think its extremely sad that Ivanka, a seemingly intelligent woman (or at least tries to be) felt the need to cut her God-given body with her extensive plastic surgery (the circus tits, the major nose/cheek/chin reconstruction).
One, its obvious, and two, it wasn't neccesary. We can never take her seriously now. Oh the pressures of being rich and in the limelight (puh-lease)

its in their genes from moms side......dad obviously dont care how he looks! All of us want to look our best, and if plastic surgery IS what she did....it worked, because she is beautiful. Wish my son was available.....then again........>see me sigh>
At any rate, the children seem to be balanced, and its nice to see that although I am sure they never wanted for anything...he does expect them to work!

I like both the kids, Ivon and the son. The son turned out to be a very bright young man. I do find it ridiculous that you couldn't create a positive thread without mentioning Omarosa. I mean really, does that black woman irk you that much? How old is the other kid by Ivonka mother?

They've both been born into a pretty rarified environment. I don't know how much love and interaction they received from their father, but they've certainly had all of the best that money can buy. They both have impeccable manners, impressive vocabularies and have received outstanding educations.
That's no guarantee of success. They could have turned out to be like Paris Hilton, Brittany or any of a number of other spoiled celebrity kids. Obviously at least one of their parents, maybe both, kept them focused.
It's refreshing to see two young business professionals reaching their potential.

When Donald Trump fired Carolyn, I thought, "oh great", there goes the show.
Ivanka, you are fantastic! I have never seen a woman with so much class. You are so great this season and I enjoy watching you as much as Donald Trump. You are the real deal and not daddy's little girl - total separate entity. You are strong and sharp but yet still so feminine. Most sexy combination. Wonder if Hillary knows this, to beat Barack.
Would love to watch you fire someone on Apprentice.

It appears that the Apprentice series is lacking of ethics. Accounbility in the part of Behaviorial conduct must be a factor besides winning and losing. We need good role models.
There is documentary called "Born Rich", which Ivanka is one of quite a few people that are featured. She is the smartest and more well known then other siblings Don Jr., Eric, Tiffany and Barron.
She is so much like her father Don Sr.

Ivanka surprised me by bidding on Trace's dinner...

I thought her style would be a business class, not a cowboy? style? but of course, someone mentioned it was a show of being partial...hmmmmm
On the lighter note...

- I do hope the cute guy who did not get to win her company due to Simon's generous overbid, will still get his chance, that guy seemed cute and classic gentleman...hmmm who was he...seemed nice and brave to get her attention with D.Trump right there! She is one of the most intelligent and attractive girls on TV her age, nice job there by her parents and her own ability.

From what I've seen in the media Ivanka is doing a great job of branding herself.
No trashy headlines, top end products in her jewelry business, intriguing - yet classy - photo layouts and appearances at all of the right places. She knows how to sell her image.
I'm not sure why she would want to compete with her father in the real estate business, perhaps it's a matter of scale. I see her being very successful in building her brand through high end day spas and luxury amenities rather than real estate, but she may be more ambitious than that.
As far as "The Donald" goes, it's all about ego. I doubt that he's ready to share "the name" with anyone, including his own children. He seems to marry women who become known only by their first name!

Ivanka rocks. I love the way she addressed Piers' ruthlessness and correctly pointed it out as a flaw.
Not only for ethics, but for shear self-interest, it is in a businessman's best interest to behave ethically.
Piers may have won the apprentice, but now he has shown the WHOLE WORLD that he is a bastard. I for one, would never do any business with him whatsoever, even if he had a product superior to Trace's.
DONALD needs to wake up and smell the integrity of IVANKA'S COFFEE.
IVANKA will transcend her father as a businessperson because of her ethics. Who wants to do business with backstabbers?
It appears Ivanka's heart may be the most valuable "commodity" she has, even greater than her beauty and her intelligence.
DONALD'S FLAW - overly romantizing "ruthlessness" as a strength. He said Piers was not "good", but he was "Smart". How smart can Piers be if he has now informed the entire world that he is an #$#$?. On the other hand, I do admire that Donald handled the firing of many of the celebrities with kindness and humanity, so I know that Donald is not yet fully lost to the dark side.
DONALD is so keen on emphasizing strength and big thinking and assertiveness in business, which of course are very important, yet he has taken it too far. THE DONALD didn't reprimand Piers for sabotage. A successful businessman doesn't engage in "sabotage" - he doesn't need to.

And while I'm extolling Ivanka's virtues - I want to address the criticism she has received on this board
regarding her "body work".
Most of us wear clothes each day. Some of us put on make up. Some of us get tattooes. Most of us get hair cuts. Some of us get hair coloring. Some of us shave. Some of us get cosmetic surgery. Some of us get pierced, and wear jewelry through the piercings.
Is there a clear cut line as to whether or not any of these things is any more "ethical" than any other?
If there is such a line, doesn't it fall mostly into the domain of personal choice?
My opinion: the far more egregious fowl is the JUDGEMENT and DENIGRATION of those who do not happen to adhere to whereever you personally draw the line.
My opinion: if you have issues with Ivanka's bodywork, it most likely suggests you have some disliking of yourself and your own life, and you are handling it by taking it out on Ivanka to try to somehow make yourself feel better.
The only thing more egregious than judging Ivanka is if you write a self-righteous, pious Forum post such as this one.

Somehow I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the concept of a reality show based on Trump Towers. Hmmm . . . Trump . . . Reality . . . seems like an oxymoron.
Seriously, how could any of us "commoners" relate to anyone living in a place where the least desirable unit starts at a million bucks. I think they'll have a hard time finding a character who is relatable for me.
As for the "obnoxia" character; they could have her returning from a hard day of mentoring and lecturing on empowerment only to have a large chip of paint fall on her. They could call in the Jaws of Life to extricate her and rush her immediately to her lawer's office to begin working out the details of the settlement.

Ivanka won't be one of the residents of Trump Tower since she already has a $1.5 million dollar apt. of her own!
However... even with her name, looks and fabulous apt. it seems she didn't even make a close call as 14th seed in the "society slapdown".
Springtime 2008 in NYC is Charity Ball time...Ivanka dressed to the nines forgot her tickets for the Frick Ball. What does it matter anyhow? She probably would have gotten in for free no matter whether she had a ticket or not!

I am extremely still in lust with IVANKA (the person who originally began this topic spelled her name wrong IVONKA...brilliant man) and didn't even realize how much I missed seeing her angelic beautiful face after a whole year...I'm smitten with her and can't help it. Everything about her is perfection...her beautiful eyes, cute nose, gorgeous blonde hair, and the best of all...her sweet sexy lips and wonderful smile...she is my DREAM GIRL!!! When she came walking down the sidewalk and up to the cupcake truck all I could think was,"THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN NEW YORK CITY!" She has all the other women on CELEBRITY APPRENTICE beat...even the PLAYBOY chick. I didn't really see her on the t.v. ads for the show and was wondering if she was going to be on this season for CELEBRITY APPRENTICE...I was scared thinking she might not be back this year since I didn't see her on the t.v. spots because I loved last years CELEBRITY APPRENTICE and it just wouldn't be the same without her and I'm not sure I would have enjoyed the show without her on it. I not only enjoy her beauty but she has a great personality and seems to be very intelligent and cool. She should be an actress and do feature films...I would go see her in any movie for sure...she has the face of an ANGEL....and when she smiles my heart goes pitter patter. I also love the sexy sultry sound of her voice when she speaks...I get weak in the knees whenever I see her and hear her talk on t.v. I can't help it.

Ivanka is a typical "rich kid" who is trailing on Daddy's coat tails..... She may be pretty and intelligent, but she's nothing extraordinary.
In tonight's episode, she really got under my last nerve when she said "if I was thrown under the bus, my dad would ask why I let myself be in front of the bus". Then, there was her little hissy fit about the jewelry and her "mad" look about it (wherein she merely looked like a spoiled child waiting for Daddy to yell at the bad people for her!)
She graduated Wharton Business School and immediately got a job in The Trump Organization. Never had to work her way up or struggle to "make it". Nope... walked out of school and into a cushy, high powered job just like that. She hasn't a clue what it's like to have to EARN anything. Just like when she wanted to be a model.... Donald opened a modeling agency so she could be a model. Now, if she had the "it" factor to be a model, she wouldn't have needed daddy to open a modeling agency so she could be one.

I noticed how Trump and the rest of the board room seemed to think that Team KOTU did a disservice to Ivanka by not selling some of her pieces of jewelry, thus making her look bad. However, Team ATHENA had to literally get on their hands and knees and literally beg (almost a grovel) donors to 'up' their bids. And that doesn't make Ivanka's jewelry look bad? That celebrities would have to get on their hands and knees and beg for people to buy the jewelry?

Atleast they were bidding on the jewelry. On hands and knees asking for bigger donations is not begging for an opening bid. Annie worked the room very well, calling people by name a putting them on the spot. Annie didn't press them to purchase any other jewelry, she only went back to them if they were out bidded on tha previous piece. So, no matter what you think of Annie she showed what she's made of by bringing in the largest amount ever on the show for a single task. KOTO should have tried to move the piece again after Joan Rivers came out to save Clint's sorry butt. It did not help that Athena had more people bidding. Friends that hopped on a plane and came to help for charity.

No... at any HS, college or beach, you'll see many "pretty" girls.... out of the hundreds you see, maybe 1 will have what it takes to actually be a model. Being a model is much more than just standing around and smiling. If IT was able to actually BE a model, she wouldn't have needed Big Daddy to open a modeling agency so she could be one. There are many, many upscale modeling agencies in NYC that she could have worked through. Why not submit to those? Or did she and she was never called in for an interview? Why else would DT open a modeling agency? (other than what a comedian said about him opening a modeling agency so he could get a date)
I never said there was anything wrong with DT giving IT a job out of school --- my point is that IT makes it seem that she is this extraordinary businesswoman when she in nothing more than the child of a child of a successful businessman who was a chld of a very ingenius barber (and, believe me, if DT wasn't the "lucky sperm" to be born to Fred Trump, he wouldn't have gotten very far)

how fascinating? what exactly besides being beautiful does it take to be a model? what? they have to do drugs to look the part. starve themselves, act snobby and sleep with whom they're told to? seriously modeling is a subjective part - there isn't one type of model. anyone can be a model for the right part! i can go out and higher my own models if i wanted and i just defined the rules to what a model should be. u seen rap videos those "models" fit their part?
