Smart move to pull "Quarterlife." Who needs another show about a bunch of whiny post-pubescent do-nothings? And now NBC is trying to fill the spot by repeat shows of "Deal or No Deal" and "Law and Order." Now, I happen to be a big fan of "Law and Order" but how many repeats can you watch without mouthing the dialogue yourself?
Why not pull "Journeyman" out of cancellation hell and give it another chance by putting it in that time slot? Duh. Please.
Who has the address for NBC's entertainment director? I used to keep those addresses but the turnover has been so frequent I lost it. We need to go to the top, not agree with each other on a blog.

Great post, RalphGill. I see that one of the other faithful has supplied the addresses list. I have been using snail mail when I have postal addresses. It seems to pack a bigger wallop.

Because NBC owns Bravo. They only have the 13 episodes, and idiots that they are they appear to be unwilling to make the commitment to make any more...........aaaaagggggghhhh

I don't know why they just don't call them Miniseries and be done with it. It would save us all a lot of headaches and heartaches.

Okay let me get this straight. NBC pulled Journeyman, one of the few shows that I actually looked foward to watching every week. For a kids show My Dad is Better Than Your Dad. This type of show should be on Nickelodeon. After watching about five minutes of this show I changed the channel.Way to go NBC.

Also they had this show called Quarterlife which by the way only lasted about a quarter of its life.
Why NBC pulled Journeyman. Because it wasn't getting the ratings. Well maybe they polled the wrong type of people.
Maybe those Nielson boxes should be moved to another place. Or maybe these high tv executives should ask the viewers what they watched by doing an internet poll.
I bet some of the stuff on TV now would not be on. How can we support and get into a show when the networks won't give the show time to grow. For example if memory serves me correct MASH and All in the Family did bad ratings for the first couple of shows.
What if the executives had pulled those shows off after 5-6 episodes.
What happened to those two shows, Well they found an audience. USA network dissapoints by cancelling 4400 and The Dead Zone but that is another story.

Ahh... Journeyman... such an awesome show, why, oh why the good ones never come back? Is it too 'smart' for people? COMMON!!!

At least the producer Carol Barbee is shopping Jericho to other networks and cable channels -- there is apparently some interest.
