I personally think that hillary will win it.
BlondeQTAngel007
I pray to GOD Hilary does not become our president.

I am thinking Barack will win, although I am hoping for McCain now that Huckabee is out.
SavvyGrl
I think that Barack will win. I have come to like him, and I really think he's going to win this
krista2432
Barack all the way.. Hilary is good but I rather see Barack smile.gif
passionfan100
It is looking more and more like Barack will win it and that is who I chose, but the race between Barack and Hillary is still too close to tell. I heard they are doing a revote in Florida and Michigan.

I used to like Hillary but with the nasty things she's been doing lately makes me very mad. I like Barack and I think he is true and i trust him. They aren't supposed to do Florida or Michigan but clinton broke some rules and went there anyways so now they're debating on if they should do it over again or not. This is all IMO (im not looking for a political debate) biggrin.gif

I can relate, imho Hillary is just running scare if you ask me, she knows that more and more it looks like Barack is going to win the democratic primary, so she is doing whatever she can to try and squash Barack, but the only job it is doing is imho is making people dislike her. I heard they were planning on doing a revote on Florida and Michigan, but do not know the full details, don't worry Jenn I am not up for a political debate either. smile.gif

I have been known to get involve in political debates, but I usually only do it with friends who like to debate political stuff, and I usually keep it very impersonal, but some people just get nasty about it, and I don't get why people need to go there, but that is me. Regardless, of what I am debating, I usually try to keep a perspective about things, but some people just can't get away from getting nasty with you. I am rooting for Obama too, Obama all the way. smile.gif

I can't speak for Michigan, but I live in Florida. They are toying with the idea of a mail-in vote, but nothing is set in stone. The Democratic party would have to foot the bill with donations. A lot of Democrats in Florida are pretty pi$$ed off that their votes don't count. This after the 2000 election debacle.

I personally think that they should take the votes that were cast in the primary...that would be the most fair because people could change their votes now. The National Democratic Party is just being a bunch of big babies IMHO. "Play our way or we won't let you play." No offense to the people in any of the following states, but why should Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina absolutely, positively have to have their primaries/caucuses first? Why do two states that do not represent the rest of the country have the first say? Florida's demographic includes urban/suburban/rural, white/Black/Hispanic/Asian, rich/poor/middle class, elderly/middle aged/young. Iowa and New Hampshire are basically white America.

Okay...my rant is over now...

Same here, though I'm still torn between the two. I'd love to see them both on the same ticket come November.

This race has been interesting to say the least. biggrin.gif

I dont follow politics very much, but I do know that the democratic debates get heated, whereas republicans are more calm and just want to get the job done. Im not really either or, I just side with whoever I agree with. I think McCain is very intelligent and knows his stuff, whereas I dont think Barack has enough experience or knowledge about certain things. And Hilary is just plain annoying and I never liked the Clinton's. lol

But what do I know? lol

ICAM Saray. Although I think I would rather McCain win than Obama. I just flat out don't like Obama or what he stands for. Another thing is his religion issue, I heard him say in an interview that he wouldn't be using our bible to get swore in, he would use the muslim one. ANd now, he is trying to say he didn't say it. ANyways, that is just one of my many reasons that I don't want Obama. If Hillary beats him, then my vote is for Hillary 100% if not, I guess I will have to vote McCain. I just know that when the Clintons were in office before, I had money and I could afford to live and gas wasn't $4 a gallon either. But, anyways, I don't wan tto debate politics here. JMO!!!

Well I agree with the war, it is necessary to stop the terrorists, but thats just me. If we werent in war, we could be getting hit all the time because terrorists know that whoever is president (obama or clinton) are against war and will keep attacking us. Thats just what I think.

There is no amount of money that is too much to keep our country safe.

I don't want Obama. I don't feel he has enough experience and he appears to be completely naive...he is like an excited little child Christmas morning-there is so much potential for good, but he doesn't realize that he could get coal instead of toys.

Although I would much rather Hillary than Obama, I don't want another Clinton in the Oval office.

So, I suppose McCain, since Huckabee is out.

Oh, and I agree with Blonde above-"There is no amount of money that is too much to keep our country safe." Especially since we support most other countries...and the useless UN.

I want someone that can get us out of the war.. thats all I care about is who can get us out of the war and make it right for the troops!

Obama just won another state. It looks like he's gonna win this biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I put Mcain because that is who I think will win. If it is him and Obama though I will be voting for Obama. If Clinton I will vote for Mcain. I would want to reelect Bush before I would ever vote for clinton. Couldn't stand her husband and like her even less. Either way when I vote for president I vote for whoever I consider the lesser evil.

AS far as Mich and FL , Sorry they made their choice to do what they did. End of subject.

I be honest here , I never was a Hillary fan. I remember to much about the 90's that most don't. I not the least bit interested in a co-president. Sad the more I see of her , she can't seem to control the ppl around her. Now I am total Ind. so I find myself torn. I believe Obama has a lot going for him and I am watching how he handles each issue that has come up. So far he has shown me that he would be a good leader. McCain is seasoned. That man went threw hell and back for our country. I think he understand what we are up against with that part of the world. I do know not a one of them will bring home our troops completely. We will have a base in Iraq and that is what I think McCain is stating when he says we will be their for a long time. Others are either not thinking about that or just not talking about that. I think Obama has a better understanding then Hillary as far as over seas culture, since his Dad was from Kanya and he has lived in a lot of places outside the 48. You really have to understand the ppl over there and their values.
