Hey everyone my audition is actually tomorrow (Sunday) in La. I am a RnB singer and i'm looking very forward to it.. I have been singing all my life and its time to let America see my talent! Now having said that.. what is your talent? Singer? dancer? actor ?

Also i do have a question.. For those who have auditioned already.. I hear stuff about a call back.. at the actual audition do the tell some people they made it? or do they tell everyone you will get a call back..

I'm a singer also....I do anything from Broadway, smooth Jazz, R&B, 70's to Streisand and Dion...if it belts I will sing it. In Orlando we were told they would do call backs from 2 weeks to 2 months....we're all still waiting.

Hi, my daughter is 10 and she's a singer. She sings contemporary, jazz or whatever feels right to her.

The group in college consisted of dancers and singers. We had 6 singers and about 12 dancers. It was alot of fun! And yes I would say all the singers were great! We all had to be, we auditioned and were chosen for the group. Why do you ask?

hey i ask because i am a singer who will be auditioning . and i just wanted to know because i know there will be alot of singers and i was just checking to see if in your case where the ones you heard all really good.

oh were you talking about the group I auditioned with on AGT or in college, I think I answered college..LOL But I also wanted to say the group I auditioned with for AGT were all really great!! everyone of them.

I have seen alot of child talent here, on myspace, and yourtube, and most are mediocre at best. This girl is exceptional. Her tone and pitch are well beyond her years.

Honestly, if I hear a child that is not, in my opinion, talented, I just remain silent. Who knows- who can say anyway? Maybe a child with a only smidgen of talent can go on to be a phenomenal performer with training and dedication. As long as the joy of performance is there for the child, and not the ambitions of a parent- that child should be encouraged to follow THEIR dreams.

In this case, This girl has got it and I have to put in my .02. Please, get her some good coaching and steer her clear of the likes of AI/AGT. Those clowns are not going to appreciate this girl's talent and if they don't pass her through to round 2, it could affect her self-confidence. That would be tragic.

I wish your little girl luck and I hope she never gives up.

Well i think one thing to know and to remember for a singer.. Auditions are fun.. And for this child she will prob have lots of fun weather she make it or not, she will have fun and learn something. If you could audition for a show and showcase your talent why not? No matter how much the show may be produced it still gives normal people a chance to showcase what they got .. thats why i go ... but yeah im leaving now for my audition it's a 5 hour drive fun! see you all later...

Thank you. I appreciate your honesty. My biggest concern is what this business can and does to children/adults. I talk to Noellia about it and so does her dad. Noellia has auditioned for various acting gigs which she's new to and has even had second call backs but still has been rejected for one reason or another. She realizes it's not something to take personally and tells me that she knows it goes with the territory (man, I wish I had her reasoning when I was 10!).
About AGT, I've asked her at least 3 times in the last week if she wants to maybe wait for something else or go next year and she says "No mom, just getting the audition experience will be worth it."
She's been singing with a voice coach for 3 years now and it truly is the love of her life. She loves singing.
One really good thing, we live close to the audition venue in LA!

Sounds like a great kid with a good head on her shoulders to me. It also Sounds like some good parenting going on also. Those are 2 great bases to have for a child starting out, no matter what their goals. Go ahead and have a great time. Her talent was given to her and the best part is, its for her (and you and dad's) enjoyment, so have a blast.

Thanks. We did have a fun time even though there was a lot of waiting. Hey, quality time talking with mom and dad and some very interesting people too!!! Seeing all the cameras and how a big audition actually works was fun for her. She'll now have some insight when watching reality shows!

wow! Great voice, Belter. You can really kill on "Barbra" songs. Keep on singing. I'm sure those that are fortunate to see you live truly remember a wonderful performance.
