Does anyone else picture her riping his clothes off sometime? He's so groomed and reserved with his little bow ties but, I believe he is MADLY in love with Victory and his love, devotion and adoration grows for her everyday. He's so considerate towards her and looks at her in that certain way, it seems like a very interesting character lies beneath the surface. When Vic breaks up with Billionaire Boy and it all goes awry ( because it will, realtionships like that do not work out, it's classic writing) her assistant will be there for her. Of course it will be a big taboo since he works for her and so it would be very exciting. The innocent one's are always wild underneath. I say once she gets him out of those sweater vests they will have some crazy passion. I can't decide if he should make the first move of if she should. First, of course, he will console her as she eats ice cream and bawls her eyes out because Mr. Money pants wasn't Mr. Right (he's a good actor and doing a good job as her complex sugar daddy with a heart and all but, my loyalties lie elsewhere, obviously).

I really hope the writers are planning this (it probably isn't in the books, I haven't read them and don't plan to so I appoligize if I am missing iumportant literary facts). When A book is adapted to television you have to go with the flow a little and follow the natural chemistry and allow the story to unfold a little differently. I really feel this could be a great love story. Unfortunately I doubt anyone with a say is reading this but, if someone is please give this idea a chance and if any fans agree please support the idea.

I say Victory and her assistant could have the best of both world Love and Passion! It doesn't have to end up with a ring and a cake (although it could) but, it would be a really great storyline IMO.

Victory and her assistant? Interesting perspective, but I thought of him as being gay. I think they would make a great "Will and Grace" couple as I could see a deep devotion develop between the two but in regards to romantic love I think it might be a stretch.

He looks like he has a hot bod under his sweater vests. I wonder if we could see him, too, without his shirt?

VICTORY FORD plays by LINDSAY PRICE have the newest cutie assistant. he is a new guy on the block..wishing he will be seen more in the future because i think he adds life on victory fords life. who knows? victory might fall for this cutie and his charms...a SHINING ARMOUR at the end...remember when JOE BENNETT threw the jacket and scarf on his face? that was a sign....i predeict! lol...tell me what u think about this cutie and charming actor?

I have search NBC.com and Matt Lauria appeared as Winthrop on 30 Rock - the "JACK GETS IN THE GAME" episode- sans shirt! Wow!!!

Funny, but I Never imagined him and Victory even being a possibility.

His part to me seems to be on the gay side so I never even put the two together?

first of all... did you notice VICTORY when the ROY mentioned he will make her food that morning (last 7th episode ending part) and she did look at him innocently but with a slight surprise and a bit stunned how nice his assisstant is...i thought anyone would easily would like ROY. hmmmmm...i did.lol.

Never thought about that...I thought he was gay but now that you mention it....its a possibility....i guess. I still think that her and Joe or whatever his name is are a good couple.

MATT who plays ROY is like a superman dream guy for me and since Victory is sweet-if i am her which i am sweet as well i would pick ROY because he has the charm and sweetness and a shining armour. lol

I agree with you... Victory did look at Roy in a very "curious/surprised" way when he made her the pancakes last season....

I like the idea of Victory and Roy being together.... Seems as though he is concerned about her career, takes a "real" interest in her and trys to protect her feelings, emotions, and career.

Joe Bennett, on the other hand, seems like he just wants to control her and have her on a very short leash and DOES NOT care about her feelings, "maybe" her career, but only because he wants to control her..

How can a person move on in 5 days... he was in the bed with another woman within 5 days of Victory telling him it was over... and of course ladies, we ALL know that she didn't really mean that... and instead of him trying to "work it out" what does he do........jumps in the bed with another woman...

I think Roy would have NEVER DONE THAT.

I hope they let Roy and Vic end up together or, at the very least, have a relationship, but that might make things a little awkward......

Sometimes we (women) can never see a "good catch" eventhough he might be standing right in front of us, as in the case with Victory and Roy.

Well.... I guess Roy and Victory will not be happening, since Roy is gay.....dang... I was hoping he was not gay...he is such a nice guy.......Oh well.... at least Victory has found someone, maybe. I believe he probably has a little girl.. and an ex-wife....

Really nice gesture Victory is doing for Roy, renting the upstairs so that he can have a place to live... VERY NICE ACT OF KINDNESS... way to go Victory.

Matt Lauria is quite amazing. I wish we could see more of him in the show!!!!!!! I'd love to get little side stories on Roy's life, he and Victory I don't think would be a good love match. They are more of the definite will and grace couple- and we need mooooooreeeeee!!!!!!

I like Roy because he is loyal to Victory and very hardworking. I think he is the best assistant ever.
I think Joe hates him, though. Nonetheless, Victory likes him as a friend.

He is a hottie, and I looove the way he looks at her! But, I think she is out of his league, which is too bad. And I don't know if she could EVER handle a child.
